H J its not meant for use of the upper frets if you use the upper frets a lot the buy a strat or a tele so you have access to them

Plus you probably shouldn’t buy one for any thing other then jazz or some blues if you want a hollow body for classic rock get a gretch or a dot I prefer a gretch though
