    So any and all artificial sweeteners or sugar substitutes are automatic migraine triggers for me. What can I use?

    Looks great. What makes this Diabetic friendly compared to regular zucchini bread. It looks like a fairly standard receipt. I will try this for sure.

      Hi Craig, that’s a great question that I thought I answered fairly effectively at the end of the video. In short, substitutions a slight modifications in the ingredient ratios lower the overall carbohydrate load and increase the fiber. This is what makes it diabetic friendly.     White flour, white sugar, extra brown sugar on top.. I think you mispelled diabetic coma

    There is no need for the brown sugar on top, it has sugar in the batter, this really isn't diabetic friendly adding that brown sugar.

      I went on the site and thank you for the written recipe, but there’s no written nutritional value . My husband has diabetes that’s why I’m very careful on how much carbs and sugar the recipe has.
