Toronto Community Housing Corporation Public Scams And Corruption TCHC Part 26 of 78

200 Wellesley has been in the news for years with how Toronto Community Housing Corporation has been treating poor, sick and disabled tenants. Many tenants who were sick and mentally ill have been killed by TCHC with the condition they were left in because the heads of TCHC didn't profit from them while they take bribes from drug dealers to allow them to deal drugs right out of the cities TCHC apartments.
The fire at 200 Wellesley was on September 24, 2010 today is May 2, 2011 months after the fire and every drug/crack dealer has been treated with top priority while the sick and disabled have been shit on by TCHC because they are poor and don't have the money to pay the heads of TCHC the bribes they have asked for so they have nothing, some have not even seen one thing they have owned since the fire while crack dealers have been paid off with your tax dollars.
TCHC is one tax scam after another the worse they make tenants lives the more tax scams they can get for government grants. Bedbugs, cockroaches, drugs, crack and crime is how TCHC sticks your tax dollars in TCHC already high paid pockets (some a quarter of a million yearly).
June of 2010 the heads of TCHC Elvira Dos Santos and Nancy Fox (Evans) did a check for "bedbugs" inspecting each unit at 200 Wellesley, this is when they asked tenants for bribes door to door, they looked under each bed mattress and each couch seem, and when they seen with their own eyes apartment 2424 is packed with a huge amount of dangerous items making it a dangerous fire hazard!! How much cash would they ask for and did they think about how much this will cost taxpayers in the future? And the sick thing is these bitches still work for TCHC today!
This video is from an audit that still is not complete, one can just imagine what the rest is like and during this scandal they were treating crack head like gods and the sick like shit with your tax dollars but that is what TCHC stands for, the cities tax dollar funded Toronto Crack Head Club!
