Randy hated those few Sabbath songs to do.,...he just wasn't into Sabbath but he knew they were a part of ozzys past so he did them Tommy said that him and Randy just fuked around on them cause they hated them live. also the tribute record Tommy said that he had alot of soundboard recordings that were 100% better then what they released..he said if Randy knew this was what was going to be released he'd of been mad and embarrassed by it

@XterTheTexter Randy's my favourite guitar player but yeah, he does make mistakes (like everyone else). The intro on Crazy Train on Bat's Head Soup (Cleveland 81) he hits the wrong power chord.
I think that intteruption in the guitar pause around 1:30 was his cable coming out, thats what it sounds like and he grabbed the jack and it made it buzz or that was it being plugged in, thats what the error sounds like to me =]
it also sounds like a pickup selector being flicked over to the other pickup rather slowly i dont think its possible to do that while raking though, although i also didnt think it would be possible to do what he does during his spotlight solo in providence lol
I know, unless theres footage of this then we'll know, Which i don't think there is of Montreal, but i know the Osbournes have some pro-shot footage of Randy they keep unviewed due to reasons they know.

Randy is just infinitely better and more talented than Tommy and so much better of a human and friend to Ozzy even before he knew him compared to Tommy after Ozzy made his band’s career

Randy was unparalleled live. Nobody else ever played lead, rhythm, fills, and mini solos all at the same time like he did.

I am a huge fan of Black Sabbath and Mr. Tony Iommi and I agree, that Randy's version kick ass! Randy and Tomy were the best guitarists for Ozzy.
