I have been a big fan of choleh bhature being a Punjabi.I was very happy with the taste and the quality of food over here. The taste was different and tangy. A place you must try if u visit pahargang.I would not say this is the best place but it's definitely one of the best when it comes to having choleh yumm yumm and bhatureh wow wow
Guys being born Delhi-ite I have tried Cholay Bhaturrays all around Delhi , I have tried Sitaram , Radehy Shyam , Nand Di Hatti sadar bazar , Nagpal lajpat nagar with amlay ka acchar good one finished by 3 PM , Karol Bagh Roshan di hatti, Bengali market , kaleva Gole Market etc etc , But I tell you my first choice in Delhi is always Cholay bhaturay Shop behind Sindhia house outer circle CP Delhi . Crisp Brown and soft paneer Bhatooras and wadi walay chollay& Kachaaloo ki chatnee . By God You have to park your car few miles away to try this joint. We used to go to Sindhia House for getting renewed our Rs , 12: 50 /- DTC all route pass during College Days . I still visit this joint as and when I happen to be around in CP though I graduated from Delhi 38 years back . Post your comments those who know about above joint

They are awesome, hygienic & price is also justified.. Good quality Paneer is filled in them.. They r the best.. Go n try them.. 😋
The Scindia house location has the both variety during 1975 Kulcha Matar & Choley Pathure. of your 12.50 Pass I have also DTC pass during my Pusa Polytechnic classes of AMIE. But we have not wait for the Pass renewal date as we lived in Ram Nagar Paharganj near Cannaught Place. So no problem reaching there as upto 3 PM they're serving.

They have changed their location nearly four or five times since 1960. But every time near Imperial Cinema. First on the corner of Main Bazar at Bombay Dyeing in Rehri. 2. At outer point of Paint Shop opp Cinema . 3. At the shop on side of Bittoo copy Shop . 4. After disputes with the land lord of Hotels building owner , five shop ahead the current location. 5. One near this for some reasons known to them in 1990.
I was at Sitarams in October 2018. Ate 1 chole bhature and 1 lassi. I enjoyed it so much that i was an idiot and didnt take some more parcel afterwards : / how i miss the taste even today...... Oh btw, im from bengaluru : )

5 saal ki thi tab se yahaan aati hoon , aur ab dekhlo main kitni fit hoon. Bete ko bhi khilake mere jaise banana chahti hoon . 3:33
