      @@Guruprakash.K mrng before gym- green tea , breakfast - 3 idly or rava or ragi semia or 2 dosa , lunch- 150gm of white rice with huge amount of vegetables , 4 pm any one fruits i chosen apple ,pomo and papaya and watermelon , dinner - depends on the afternoon food if afternoon food was more than 250 gms then dinner will be oats otherwise dinner will be idly or dosa with .. mainly taken 4 eggs only white part daily
