    Walking is the best exercise I reduced 2kgs in 2 days walked 21 kms in one day , 5 kgs in 15 days by walking 10 kms everyday I love walking I hate jogging tried it for 3 days so boring ! Tried running jutted my knees ! Jogging is ok without hurting

      If you're new to running, start with jogging and move on to running as the video suggest. Plus reduce the intake of carbohydrates like Rice, Wheat, Bakery items, Oily foods. Eat more vegetables, millets and greens. Diet plays a major role in weight reduction bro. All the best.
