14:06 the whole 'half of a fit/jazz engine' is BS true that the honda car engineering side had input into the engine design of the NC but that's it 👌🏻

I never have issues with K&n filter with 60,000 mile on my 2012 Honda NC700. i never over tight it, but sometime i see the gasket from the old filter stock in the engine so I double check for it. Good tip for fork dust cover i usually use wax to clean the tube.

Thanks for the comment! Tons of people use K&N filters without issues. Even a small chance of any issue like that on a motorcycle could be catastrophic. In my opinion its not worth the risk so i use OEM now. Also i think it says a lot that racing organizations have banned them and require OEM.

Your so much better of an oil changer than the last owner.

I have the exact same bike and had the exact same kn oil filter I'm pretty sure the past knucklehead owner of the bike put it on with a high torque impact wrench oil filter wrench couldn't budge it at all eventually I said f it and drilled a hole through the entire filter stuck a long Screwdriver through it and was able to get it off I kept the holy kn filter as a trophy that is on display in my garage. I feel your frustration. Great video as well

8:04 might be an idea to fit some fork leg guards to protect the chrome leg 😊

13:02 on the rear shock the whole dog bone assembly should be stripped once a year and cleaned and greased 👍🏻

What grease are you using on the forks? Mine are leaking and needing cleaning.

If they're leaking then you'll probably need new seals. The grease is just to reduce stiction. Any grease will do.

Something is wrong with your video. I've tried to watch it. But it stops at 1:14 seconds on the dot, everytime.
