Re the ceiling rose - please do not make the mistake I made and put a hole in the exact centre of the rose for the cable - you need the exact centre for the hook to hold the light fitting (whose bit for the hook to go in IS the exact centre). The cable needs to be to one side of the centre (depending on the location of the ceiling framing and where the cable is coming from. Good luck! 😊

Can you do a full house tour at some point, I always get confused of where you are in the house😂 I was also wondering if you have a park connecting to your back property? Sometimes it looks like you have paths out the windows and I was always curious.
Hopefully she’ll do a tour and floor plan sometime but I THINK that their bedroom faces the front of the house( and the bathroom window is over the glass roof off of the dining room) and the park is in the front of the house?
In a video named OUR RENOVATION JOURNEY & PLAN, 3 years ago, there is a floorplan of the whole house. Also masterbedroom & bathroom plan is available about 2 years ago.
When you do the drawers make the drawer box to the narrower width but make the drawer face full width so it's not obvious from the front (you will probably need to build out the side in the wider point for the drawer runner to be mounted appropriately in line all the way front to back but it will be hidden behind the face also)
Can I ask how much all the MDF etc cost? Just to have a rough idea as my partner and I just had someone price up for built in wardrobes and that came to £5k although it did mean proper wood drawers but it's more than we can afford especially as we have a kitchen to do as well, and we have thought about building our own.
