Incidentally, having been a carpenter and joiner for 32 years, I have very recently severely injured one of my arms which now needs an operation to hopefully retain it's functionality. Meanwhile, I have tried my best to contact the local job centre because I cannot work for quite some time. To say they are unhelpful is an understatement!!!! They will not take phone calls, and I cannot travel! They just leave you in the shit with zero assistance! These audits are absolutely essential to diminish peoples fear of the stress-inducing places! Thank you, PTTP!

Great work from the excellent PTTP - this guy is creating his own league for auditing.
The smug manager, with her jacket on (with ID hidden) looked like she was about to leave, was typically out of her league and as always failed to listen. The staff seem to love following the rules - usually their own rules that they have failed to read or understand.
Irony alert - the staff are being told about potential data breaches, but instead of gracefully addressing those concerns they phone the police and blame the person for highlighting them.
It's always funny when they fail to address the point that PTTP is labouring - the fact that people's private information is not being protected. They seem to go into 'panic mode' as their ego takes over and they try to dig themselves out of a hole they climbed into themselves.
The police constable didn't waste time in demanding PTTP's name, but suddenly changing her tune once she realised she was on camera. The irony of the police constable saying it can be intimidating being filmed, whilst filming herself!
The reality is these places seem to be staffed by incompetent staff who should take advantage of the many services they seemingly provide - although the many posters cannot be filmed - despite having QR codes on them for scanning.
Fantastic work PTTP - what a brilliant public service you are providing.

I can confirm on my short experience with claiming JSA it was very demeaning, I lost all my confidence, self respect and felt worthless.
The staff at the job centre were always super critical of every aspect of my claim and job search attempts, I was made to feel like I was claiming something I wasn't entitled to, or like I was doing something wrong!
There was only maybe a couple of job centre employees who actually helped or supported me, most looked like they were disillusioned with the work and just there to pick up a paycheck each month...in fact some even mentioned they'd been long term unemployed and had been offered work by the job centre.
Which I found very odd, if they'd been long term unemployed, how were they actually going to be able to offer me suitable knowledge about finding work, when they hadn't really done that themselves, they had been offered work by the job centre!
It honestly felt pointless going there, the jobs on offer were not suitable or I didn't have the training or experience.
They kept pushing me to apply for jobs they knew I had no chance of even getting an interview just to tick boxes and keep my job search 'figures' up.
    I hated every moment.

@Brian Mooney , that shows your ignorance of the legal system. The auditor is not an accused party as he has not been charged with any offence. A person only becomes 'accused' when an actual accusation is made against them, and some idiot security guard or manager does not possess the power to do that in criminal proceedings. She would or should have spoken to the staff first and told them that the public area is set aside for the public. If the staff made false complaints regarding the behaviour of the auditor then they should be investigated. I do not know who Jeremy Kyle is, but you seem to be well aware of whatever he does, so feel free to take your own advice.

Appalling job centre staff. Appalling policing towing their line, police should not have turned up at all, but it’s just a sad indictment on the state of things in the UK. I would also add that having had personal experience of a “job centre” over recent times (not now thankfully), their sole purpose is to demean people, make things as difficult as possible and be as unhelpful as is humanly possible, with the intention of utterly discouraging everyone (even genuine claimant’s) from signing on. Hence the massively scewed unemployment figures and a cause for rising crime and we’ve had this for the last 12 years, Tory Britain!

Why is 'the manager' not identifiable?
The answer is clear. Her ID badge is hanging on a lanyard - or rather it isn't - the lanyard is hanging from the badge which is stuffed into her left trouser pocket.
If staff in any organisation dealing with the public refuse to identify themselves then shun them. Refuse to engage them and do what you are permitted to do. That identification is designed to permit us - the public - to complain about them if it is required. It is not for them to decide whether or not to display.

What a great point you made that the manager spoke to the police in private whilst the customers have their private information on full display, with no regard to GDPR. She didn’t want to be recorded but fails to show the same concern for the privacy of clients. The staff don’t want to be filmed it makes them “uncomfortable “ but it makes me “ uncomfortable” that they have no regard to the privacy of others. Not much privacy when she has her face on the wall with details!! The police officer though not confrontational failed to uphold rights. She continually kept making job centre points rather than accepting the rights of others. Officer their feelings are not law tell them they signed up for it. I guarantee she sympathised with them and failed to make your point other than she can’t stop you! So to me she failed.
