Interest rate 7.5%, you will be paying 1,68,000 in total. If you are not taking any loan and invest this amount IN SIP with 10% return. You can easily pay the amount with the return earned after two years Rs 1,31,000-Rs21667= 1,09,333 @ 10% return for 2years = Rs1,32,292.

No, eligibility is Gove/pvt sector companies, PSU banks and private banks and private employees who have companies present in minimum 4 states( possibility of transfer) only these people are eligible

You will have to mandatorily withdraw when your two years expires
