Wish I knew that combination of cement they used. I tried doing it with Titan cement and sand and it is a nightmare to work with it. One has to keep fighting for the shape to hold and it keeps going down. You have keep passing that shape tool over and over until it somehow it keeps the shape. What ever they use seems to hold the shape and stay soft enough where you can do designs without falling apart. The most important part I think is knowing what cement or what ever is that they use. Would love to be able to do something like that but I can not afford those guys for sure. Yes, the main problem on doing this with one of those molds they sell> The cement is very hard to get it to keep the form. The Sand/cement combination is always too wet or too dry, a real pain. This job here is an awesome job, enviable.
It cost a little over $500. I’m not sure what kind of cement. The company is Border Masters inc. in Brandon, FL. Google and check to see if the cement is listed on their website. Thank you!
