I've never played the game before, but that sounds interestingly enough like it's part of the game, which is pretty awesome. So you should gather clues from the game itself before that time to understand what you should do.

Joker also reveals that he's injected the Titan Poison into Batman's blood and had samples of his blood, again with the poison, shipped to hospitals all over Gotham, intending to poison hundreds to give Batman to motivation to find a cure for him.

i believe there is something wrong with my game, when Joker kicks the wheelchair that batman's sitting in, and i get that "...or the game stops working", my screen just black out, but the pause menu is still appearing when i press the esc button.. please reply with what to do..
