I work in a service department at a motorcycle shop and your stories are merely scratching the surface of reality
I have lived every bit of this. The driving customers in a van, to talking with customers, to dealing with the crazy customers, dealing with the people talking your head off, and i've worked on a homeless person's car. Dude even lived in my shop's parking lot. I almost felt compelled to buy him a battery and alternator to get his car off our lot.
