@@alfieisherwood5568 well good news I’ve already done one! 🙂 roughly about 4 months ago should be somewhere in the videos titled something along the lines of ‘how to polish/bull your parade shoes’ or something like that. Here’s the link: ruclips.net/video/cykaOOT8SXU/видео.htmlsi=LVpu4uR6H0dEoUws
Thank you, I used my finances iPhone for this as mine has just gone bust but I got an iPhone 16 as an early Christmas present for me so the quality will hopefully will be night and day difference.
nice work on getting this far only a little stretch to go! Sadly not, there's no one skill or technique that make blue shirts work every time but I would instead focus on how your mind is playing out. What I mean by this is, on the night before final inspection (on my course) everyone was stressing as you could imagine however, my room all decided to treat it as an enjoyable night, we played music, laughed, mucked around (obviously not chinning off the kit prep) and that made ironing the shirts easier strangely enough. The ironing problems with the blue shirts still existed but because we were all having a laugh we just saw it as another thing we had to do and at one point I saw the existing creases as almost a challenge (an enjoyable one) instead of a stress if that make sense. Unfortunately, I can't really say much else for blue shirts as I've covered most of them. The only practical thing I could think of that I didn't cover is use a spray bottle or spray function on your iron (if you have one) to dampen the crease if they are stubborn sometimes that can help as well. Hope this helps.
@ cheers dude i’m all prepped for prog 3 tomorrow morning now just gonna use whatever feedback i get to correct those minors or anything and fingers crossed i’ll be out in 10 days
The struggles of ironing sadly, the more you do it the better you get. Might be worth to keep pulling the shirt while the iron is on acting as a weight I found that helped with wrinkling.
So lucky that you have done this as I have basic in January 😅
My son starts in January too x
No problem! I didn't realise you really can't see creases on the shirt but there were 😄good luck with it, do you know what intake you'll be on?
I believe they will be on Arnold as we have just had Thompson@@JakeGchannel
any chance we can get a shoe polishing video especially for dress shoes been a long time since I polished shoes !

@ Yeah prog 3 was probably the hardest of all inspections but my final was the easiest so I wouldn’t worry too much. Good luck, hope it all goes well.
