@@Patton1944 so TommyKay is a HOI4 YTer (I hope you know that) and he has vids like worlds biggest encirclement, best encirclement, etc. and it is very impressive that he does this shit in competitive MP and he is regarded as the "best HOI4 player in the world" because of his encirclements. The problem is that Tommy inspired a number of people like Dankus and GrishaPutin (basically tryhards/memers) that try to be like him so they try massive encirclements like Tommy do but fail because they are either overstretched, no strength, or general bad plan in mind and end up fucking up their encirclement. So a Dankus encirclement is a fucked up Tommykay encirclement.

Ussr still better focuses than Italy or Poland who actually have achievements unlike Ussr. Like complain about them the ussr isn’t as bad as people say it is.
Also don’t let this distract you from the fact that The German focus tree does more interesting things to Italy than the Italian focus tree itself

Let us all point to the fact that Italy, a main player in the Mediterranean wasn’t allowed in since they don’t have a large enough focus tree (I’m assuming here) but Spain has a focus tree 12 times larger then that

They invited tommy before and got more competitive players and died in 5 minutes. They went with more relaxed players or memey and still lost so it seems their strategy went bad.

@@fluffbutt6415 tbf the devs realised they (mostly Germany) were going to absolutely steamroll at the end of the first day, and they tried to make it more fair by having Germany attack the Soviets which meant Germany couldn't push anywhere near as hard for the rest of the game
and then the Soviets focused entirely on the Germany border and gave up entirely on their border with the youtubers because they didn't understand what supply was

Both Iceland and Greenland were settled by the norsemen of Norway. There's contention for there being earlier settlers like inuits and the Irish, but Norwegian settlers is the most prevalent theory.

Not Norwegian (that came from modern day Norway, but far from the same) there was one Irish settlement here before the norse came. the Inuits were there first in Greenland(they left, and nobody knows why). And Greenland was then settled by Icelandic norse (there was a good generation or two between the settling of Iceland and Greenland
