Let me break it down to you guys it's way more than just your vocal chain it's your outboard gear as well everything have to be leveled properly your mic gane got to be leveled properly your eq's got to be leveled properly and that's before you even get into the DAW see they just jump straight into mixing on the DAW but they don't tell you that you have to do stuff before you start mixing vocals such as compression is the main part of your mix and this is before you even get into the mixing phase in the DAW take note this is all Clickbait real engineers don't tell you their secrets just to let you know that

So let me break it down what I was trying to say it is some truth to what some of you guys are saying to me but being that I've been in the music industry for going on 22 years I know what I'm talking about I've been mixing and mastering for 18 of that on a professional level most producers and engineers will not tell you they secret sauce you as a Creator got to find your niche everybody have a unique sound about their crap what I'm trying to say is most engineers don't show you how to mix they beat around the bush there's a lot of click baiting going on on RUclips just to get views in a million subscribers then they can get sponsors by other companies and make the big bucks but they're not in it to help you it's a long process and you might not get it on the first school you need to go to a library pick up vocal engineered books and pick up a book that teaches you how to EQ compress how to use a limiter sidechain compression and etc those the main cue factors of mixing once you learn how to do that everything else going to fall into place like a jigsaw puzzle I get a lot of people hitting me up talking about you don't know what you're talking about they mad because I'm giving out key point information that most engineers and producers don't want other people to know cuz they want to make all the money for themselves very selfish mentality if you ask me

I download the free download of FL 21 and bro the stem is god like, I've been looking for this tool 10years, now I can mix and master all my old record, too dope
I use windows so I'm not sure the exact button but I believe it's the command key on Mac, but if you hold that and click one plug in and drag down on the insert area it will toggel ALL plugins on/off. Just to save you some clicks when comparing with and without plugins. Great video!

I now only use the MPC one with It's DAW so sir please convince me that your products work with the MPC software or at leastReason 11... haven't felt the need to upgrade it now that all I do is sound design and record vocals only with it. All knowledge is appreciated
That’s a nice and concise tutorial man, really good stuff! But I got some questions: 1. Why you using an external high and low cut for your reverb instead of the filter/eq inside valhalla/H-delay? 2. What you got on the delay sends after the delay itself? Also just filters? 3. Idk if you can answer this but in Fl Studio let’s say I make a reverb send and let my main vocal go through it, I can dial it in via the volume fader oder via the round dial where you click to send it to. With the first one the level of the reverb is the same even if I got my Adlibs going to the send too but if I want different strengths of reverb on them I could just leave the fader untouched and dial it in via the circle on the bottom of the send track right? I mean I know that there I control the level going in the mixer and with the fader the level going out but wouldn’t make that much of a difference and it’s more convenient, or am I missing something? Thanks man for making such great content!!! 🙏🏻

What about adlibs/highlights/layering? Does the same clean up transfer, and the special effects are preferences ? I also think the most confusing thing to me about mixing is learning the DAW and tracking.
What can i use instead of trim in studio one ? And what is that beat filter track for ? You don’t talk about it on your tutorial on how to fix the already mastered beats.

Most plug-in instruments come compressed already. If an instrument is standing out or varying in volume then compress it
