The people that are closest to Johnny have nothing bad to say about him. In contrast, her assistant had hardly one good word to say about her. What does this tell you, and most importantly, the jury? So it’s the phone, but I keep it that way as evidence if anything bad happened to me, he’s doesn’t care for me those type just want to control people, when you get away from them they do anything to upset even to destroy you life, I had to let friends go as I couldn’t bear the fact that the ex could find things out about me like where I’m going tomorrow or where I went on holiday, we’re I’m was working, just anything to know what I’m doing with my life. I have answer phone he leaves messages almost demanding why haven’t I called back, just the last Easter because he called I must answer I can’t hear his calls thankfully.
He was smart to document all of Johnny’s injuries. I love that he knows exactly when he’s not supposed to answer but does anyway, because it needs to be said. Fiercely loyal.

It's what you have to do. I was on trial once and they didn't ask me all the questions I expected so I didn't say everything I'd planned to, later realizing I should have squeezed it in when I could.
So true! It’s his job I think but still, it’s hard to navigate supporting someone enduring domestic violence. The judge was clearly annoyed with him but he seems like such a true friend who’s passionately loyal to Johnny, and rightfully so.

I find it especially troubling when women incorrectly accuse a man of DV not only because it is inhumane and inexcusable for the male party involved, but the future credibility of other women is threatened. Women also should not hit a man to provoke them to lash back. Not ok.
My uncle’s wife had an argument with my uncle. She got so angry, that she ran to the kitchen, burned her arm by putting it on top of the stove, called the police and told them that he forced her arm on the stove. The police didn’t believe her and demanded that she tell the truth or will take her to jail. So she confessed that she did it herself. Now she has a big scar on her arm for life. Smh.
At one time he told her - Let's end this amicably. She tried to intimidate him that she had all sorts of evidence which has yet to come to fruition so he wouldn't take it to court. Low and behold - the evidence is on his side. He knew the whole time but didn't want to bring attention to his personal life for his sake and hers. He is not perfect. He never claimed to be but in the manner of who was abusive.....and made it public....it was her and now we are hearing the truth.
No matter how this lousy thing turns out, Johnny Depp will feel liberated afterwards. No matter what is revealed about him here, people will always love him. He goes through it really upright, as it should be for a seasoned man. Congratulation`s Johnny, you`ve already won!

I know the Judge has to protect both sides but all the objections by AH attorneys is getting old. I don’t understand why he couldn’t answer some of the questions when he was present. How is that hear say?

The key answer at 1:00:00 Johnny didn't even want the picture of his injury taken. It was the security guy who insisted he take the picture. This quite clearly shows Johnny was a victim who had no litigious motive.

As a DV survivor I can tell you right now Amber is the abuser, the look of defeat and helplessness on Johnny's face when he talks about the fights and her in general is of a broken man🤦🏽♀️ I'm just absolutely flawed that he is being subjected to more trauma by the allegations and the pain of those memories🤦🏽♀️ She is a full blown narcissist you can see her lack of empathy and ability to manipulate the situation which tells me she has been like this most likely her whole life and in relationships. Thank you Johnny for speaking up and allowing other men to feel safe and comfortable in coming forward against DV! Women are abusers to and men need just as much protection from this as a woman does! 🙏🏽 for Johnny! The truth will set you free so you are able to heal and move forward.

Amber Heard was arrested for DV against a previous woman relationship in her life and most us DV survivors have been strong people in normal relationships that abusers revile in taking down. Every past relationship in Depp's life, including Winona Ryder, have said there was never any violence in Depp. However Heard's past relationships can not say the same thing.
You know someone’s toxic when you have to physically leave your home to get away from a situation. Johnny is a gentleman for leaving HIS own home because of this sociopath. He could have easily had her removed but instead decided to walk away to avoid arguing or things getting worse. This whole situation is so sad.
That's the thing, it seems like it was really hard for him to leave... trying to get her to leave wouldn't work. Throwing her out would have been diametrically opposed to what he apparently grew up with and his instincts. He may have thought ahead to public consequences of ejecting her from his home or even presence. When he considered divorcing her, she got VISCOUS. He knew she would be but didn't know how. Sucker-punched cruelly.
I applaud Johnny for having the guts to go after this vindictive woman to expose her lies. Every genuine victim of DV thanks you Johnny and every guy who has been falsely accused thanks you. I just pray that the jury has the common sense to see who the real victim is here.

It's not what you do when you love someone, unless you too have a problem with alcohol. My ex-husband is an addict/alcoholic and I NEVER drank. Even if he was relapsing and drinking I still didn't. Even if I wasn't with him, if I was out with friends, I still didn't. I didn't drink a single drop of alcohol during our marriage. That's what you do when you love them and want to support them and want to help them succeed.
I’m a nurse and I was appalled at this nurses testimony - or perhaps I should say lack of testimony. She was there for Mr. Depps emotional support? Good God I would have to feel compassion for Mr. Depp for that alone. To say she’s cold and disinterested would be the mildest critique I could make. She doesn’t recall really pertinent information and interactions regarding her client. This emotional support person doesn’t recall any conversations regarding his emotional state? Frankly the only emotionsI’m detecting in her during her testimony is annoyance and some contempt.

Watching this back after now seeing the end of the trial. What a difference, in this early testimony Johnny is clearly worried that the objections will stop the story coming through from his side properly. He has no confidence at all, he looks afraid that he has mad the wrong decision to take this to trial. At the end of the trial his confidence bloomed.
All it took was AH to take the stand for the tides to change. Most of what she testified to contradicted JD’s witnesses and even her own in certain instances.
I love how Depp's private security, Shaun, calls Heard and her friends and family members slimy gold diggers without using that exact language -- "they were taking advantage of him so they were being obviously extra nice to the hands that feeds them."

The other day a male commentator implied that we, women, are like the ones whom like criminals like Ted Bundy. Violent criminals, handsome or not, do have a past of bad behavior and JD has his demons, and when he drinks it doesn’t help, but he sure looks like a very nice guy. I love to give him a hug, for sure.
Looking back to this testimony, Johnny kept his eyes down alot, exhaled slowly and I think this is realization of how his life was going to be laid bare for the world. For someone so private it has to be unbearable. Why couldn't she just take the millions she and her friends scammed him out of and go away. I feel so bad for him and his children. It’s the fact the judge is not allowing a foundation to be built. That’s the issue I take. Like the point is for the jury to get a sense for the witness and the part they play, when that’s constantly being cut off by objections, but yet heards team could spend 5 minutes asking the same irrelevant questions 5-6 different ways. That’s why I loved the ex assistant. She wasn’t having any of that. Like how many times does someone has to answer the same question.? Just annoying
It’s beyond infuriating 😡 Back in August, I had jury duty for 2 & 1/2 weeks. The attorney for the plaintiff, asked the witness the SAME questions over and over again. Basically, reframing the questions by substituting different words (same meaning) and I couldn’t stand it!!!! She said NO! It doesn’t matter how many different times you ask her, the answer is NO!!! GTFOH with that BS.
That’s the point of them asking the same question 6 different ways to try and get the person as answering the questions to either slip up ( if they are lying ) and if they aren’t lying it’s to puss them off having to answer the same questions so many times!

For his Security guy Sean to stay with him for years just speaks volumes. There are a lot of celebrities that need security personnel and im pretty sure some of them are a pain to work with coz we all know when fame and money hits you.. your decency sometimes just vanishes. But you can clearly see he likes his boss despite whatever demons JD has. Johnny must have been one of the nicest ones he has worked with. That's why he stayed and showed his loyalty.

My ex wife was verbally and physically abusive towards me for years. Unfortunately it's not recognised as much as if a male was the perpetrator. For me, I was lucky I had witnesses and a good support network to help me .
This guy is an awesome witness! He remembers dates and details, not like that nurse! He doesn’t embellish and keeps his answers to the point. Guess it comes with being a former police officer. And yes, he does know what he’s doing when he keeps talking after an objection 🤣
@@gwendolynkaren HIPPA has nothing to do with dates and JD most likely would’ve given permission to disclose information. Both Nurse Debbie and Dr. Kipper had more information than what they were shown to testify to in this trial.
I think she is making sure her job, reputation, clinic, future clients etc stay intact this sort of thing can have dreadful business reoetcurtion. They not going to loose that becouse of a toxic couple 🤷🏽♀️ it's anoying but I would look after my livelyhood first.
You would think that being JD such a high profile customer, she would have taken notes and keep them on file just in case they were needed at some time. That's what I do with my high profile customers in my job if there is an incident.
My father had the pleasure to meet Johnny when he was in the UK filming Pirates of the Caribbean.Johnny came up to him whilst in his van ( now retired as a driver for film sets,theatre scenery etc)in full costume and had a good banter together,after the van was emptied he asked my father to join him for lunch but unfortunately had to decline due to having many drop offs to do.
My mom has loved Johnny Depp as far as I can remember. My mom and brother were in Las Vegas and as my family was coming out of the door they bumped into Johnny Depp coming out of a tattoo shop. My brother said my mom almost fainted she couldn't believe who she was seeing. He took a picture and gave autographs for my family and they said he was the nicest man you'd ever meet. Kind and soft-spoken. My mom has that picture framed an is sitting on her dresser.❤️❤️
You can tell Mr. Bett has a good understanding of the law because before he answers specific questions he looks to the judge knowing it's going to be an objection.
Sincerely speaking, I don’t know of any other verdict in this case. Everybody can’t just keep saying JD is a good man. He’s not without his own flaws but this guy is innocent.
One only needs to listen to the audios of Amber Heard LITERALLY ADMITTING to hitting him , throwing objects at him and cutting off his finger to see who is the true abuser here. Johnny is in no way perfect, but using drugs and alcohol does not make you an abuser. So sad that people can't see this.
These witnesses are all his. It'll be interesting to listen to her witnesses testify. However, the recorded and text evidence of their interactions will play a major role in how the jury votes. Both sides are going to call witnesses that either make their client look good or the other side look bad and might be a wash. The recorded interactions between plaintiff and defendant are what's going to have the most impact on the jury.
You'd prefer if the law of evidence was scrapped altogether? She knows this case is going into appeal no matter who wins, she's smart to guard the rules of evidence to prevent overturn in the future

I was an RN for 42 years and retired for 15 years. I can remember dates, months and people with whom I interacted. There’s nothing I have forgotten. This “nurse” is terrible and does not represent any RN I have ever known. She’s a disgrace to the nursing profession.
That is my experience with the nurses I work with too, their memories are incredible! They remember personal details about people they’ve met 2-4 times

I had a family member recently falsely accused for something like this and spent several weeks in jail before he was bondable. It’s an evil thing to do and so stressful on people who love the victim.

It took me a long while and running away several times to finally know it wasn't me. Just get all the cash out of the bank, pack your important papers and only take your family things and minimal personal items and clothes. Only tell your clergy where you are.

The inexperienced, goody two-shoes lawyer, didn't construct her examination questions smartly to avoid the objections, and most of the time was explaining to the judge. He is a key witness and she didn't handle the opportunity too well tο score more points with him. JD should've done better to appoint the mature and more experienced lawyer (who usually sits next to him) to examine the witness. Also her voice is annoying, typical LA chipmunk voice.

JD’s lawyer formulates her questions poorly. Hearday occurs in this case when the witness testifies to something happening, based on something JD told him. “Did you see AH throw any objects? -> JD told me...”. The witness should testify to what he directly saw or heard, but not testify to what someone else saw.
Like Johnny said at one point "Maybe they are hearsay papers". I about died when I heard that. Everything is hearsay against his witnesses. I would hope that it is as obvious to the jury as it is to everyone else what is truly going on here. He deserves justice to be served! And might I add, the amoubt he is suing her for and the amount she is countersuing for is very telling as well! She cost him everything he worked his life to build. She was no one until him.

The problem is not the judge, is his lawyers, they ask very open questions... and Sean Bett is obviously being non objective, which it can look terrible to the jury, cause it can make them not trust him. He should have been more direct and not start answering things he didn't got ask or that he heard from someone else. He should know better.
@@xochitlgarisan3670 if you know anything about the US legal system, you'll understand that there is a pretrial where they both have to present their narratives and evidences etc and choose the jury. Their questions might not make any sense to you and if they were out of line, the judge would stop them or the defense would object. This part of the trial is JD's side, then is going to be hers and then he will have the opportunity for rebuttal. His legal team is terrible sadly. An ex boyfriend met Johnny Depp once, when he was rigging up a stage for a festival and Johnny was over in the UK working on a film, Pirates of Caribbean. He told me he was the nicest most likeable and chilled friendly man he had ever met.
He seems so layed back and chill. The way he speaks. So calmly and very well spoken. I cant see him being this monster Amber makes him out to be. I mean we will never know the full truth. But I feel if johnny did anything...it was self defense.

Someone on the payroll to this day is a sound and reliable witness? 🙄 Even more so if he is also in love with Johnny Depp? His body language and tone of voice are full of meaning.
But have we heard from anyone that isn't on Johnny's payroll? Obviously his personal security guard that has been close with him for past 14 years, and still his employers, is not going to paint him in a bad light. There's also an incentive for doctors that work with high profile clients to be a discreet as possible. This doesn't have anything to do with what really happened, but I'm just pointing out obvious bias or conflict of interests.

Good God I would have to feel compassion for Mr. Depp for that alone. To say she’s cold and disinterested would be the mildest critique I could make. She doesn’t recall really pertinent information and interactions regarding her client. This emotional support person doesn’t recall any conversations regarding his emotional state? Frankly the only emotionsI’m detecting in her during her testimony is annoyance and some contempt.

Watching this back after now seeing the end of the trial. What a difference, in this early testimony Johnny is clearly worried that the objections will stop the story coming through from his side properly. He has no confidence at all, he looks afraid that he has mad the wrong decision to take this to trial. At the end of the trial his confidence bloomed.

All it took was AH to take the stand for the tides to change. Most of what she testified to contradicted JD’s witnesses and even her own in certain instances.
JD’s lawyers’ ability to get the bs out in the open was a big confidence boost for him.

The other day a male commentator implied that we, women, are like the ones whom like criminals like Ted Bundy. Violent criminals, handsome or not, do have a past of bad behavior and JD has his demons, and when he drinks it doesn’t help, but he sure looks like a very nice guy. I love to give him a hug, for sure.
Looking back to this testimony, Johnny kept his eyes down alot, exhaled slowly and I think this is realization of how his life was going to be laid bare for the world. For someone so private it has to be unbearable. Why couldn't she just take the millions she and her friends scammed him out of and go away. I feel so bad for him and his children. Its disgusting to watch.

It’s the fact the judge is not allowing a foundation to be built. That’s the issue I take. Like the point is for the jury to get a sense for the witness and the part they play, when that’s constantly being cut off by objections, but yet heards team could spend 5 minutes asking the same irrelevant questions 5-6 different ways. That’s why I loved the ex assistant. She wasn’t having any of that. Like how many times does someone has to answer the same question.? Just annoying

It’s beyond infuriating 😡 Back in August, I had jury duty for 2 & 1/2 weeks. The attorney for the plaintiff, asked the witness the SAME questions over and over again. Basically, reframing the questions by substituting different words (same meaning) and I couldn’t stand it!!!! She said NO! It doesn’t matter how many different times you ask her, the answer is NO!!! GTFOH with that BS.
That’s the point of them asking the same question 6 different ways to try and get the person as answering the questions to either slip up ( if they are lying ) and if they aren’t lying it’s to puss them off having to answer the same questions so many times!

For his Security guy Sean to stay with him for years just speaks volumes. There are a lot of celebrities that need security personnel and im pretty sure some of them are a pain to work with coz we all know when fame and money hits you.. your decency sometimes just vanishes. But you can clearly see he likes his boss despite whatever demons JD has. Johnny must have been one of the nicest ones he has worked with. That's why he stayed and showed his loyalty.

This guy is an awesome witness! He remembers dates and details, not like that nurse! He doesn’t embellish and keeps his answers to the point. Guess it comes with being a former police officer. And yes, he does know what he’s doing when he keeps talking after an objection 🤣

My father had the pleasure to meet Johnny when he was in the UK filming Pirates of the Caribbean.Johnny came up to him whilst in his van ( now retired as a driver for film sets,theatre scenery etc)in full costume and had a good banter together,after the van was emptied he asked my father to join him for lunch but unfortunately had to decline due to having many drop offs to do.

My mom has loved Johnny Depp as far as I can remember. My mom and brother were in Las Vegas and as my family was coming out of the door they bumped into Johnny Depp coming out of a tattoo shop. My brother said my mom almost fainted she couldn't believe who she was seeing. He took a picture and gave autographs for my family and they said he was the nicest man you'd ever meet. Kind and soft-spoken. My mom has that picture framed an is sitting on her dresser.❤️❤️

One only needs to listen to the audios of Amber Heard LITERALLY ADMITTING to hitting him , throwing objects at him and cutting off his finger to see who is the true abuser here. Johnny is in no way perfect, but using drugs and alcohol does not make you an abuser. So sad that people can't see this.

These witnesses are all his. It'll be interesting to listen to her witnesses testify. However, the recorded and text evidence of their interactions will play a major role in how the jury votes. Both sides are going to call witnesses that either make their client look good or the other side look bad and might be a wash. The recorded interactions between plaintiff and defendant are what's going to have the most impact on the jury.
Depp's eyes in the evidence photos are heartbreaking - I personally know how depression turns out the lights of the eyes. And that's what shows.

Drugs don't turn you into a different person it just lrts the underlying person come to the surface. Johnny has a long history of drug use but no history of dv but Amber does have a history of dv.

I had a family member recently falsely accused for something like this and spent several weeks in jail before he was bondable. It’s an evil thing to do and so stressful on people who love the victim.
And the saddest thing is even if totally innocent the bad reputation never quite goes away.
And stressful for *real* victims who struggle to be believed.

The inexperienced, goody two-shoes lawyer, didn't construct her examination questions smartly to avoid the objections, and most of the time was explaining to the judge. He is a key witness and she didn't handle the opportunity too well tο score more points with him. JD should've done better to appoint the mature and more experienced lawyer (who usually sits next to him) to examine the witness. Also her voice is annoying, typical LA chipmunk voice.

JD’s lawyer formulates her questions poorly. Hearday occurs in this case when the witness testifies to something happening, based on something JD told him. “Did you see AH throw any objects? -> JD told me...”. The witness should testify to what he directly saw or heard, but not testify to what someone else saw.

The problem is not the judge, is his lawyers, they ask very open questions... and Sean Bett is obviously being non objective, which it can look terrible to the jury, cause it can make them not trust him. He should have been more direct and not start answering things he didn't got ask or that he heard from someone else. He should know better.

@@xochitlgarisan3670 if you know anything about the US legal system, you'll understand that there is a pretrial where they both have to present their narratives and evidences etc and choose the jury. Their questions might not make any sense to you and if they were out of line, the judge would stop them or the defense would object. This part of the trial is JD's side, then is going to be hers and then he will have the opportunity for rebuttal. His legal team is terrible sadly. They didn't prepare their witnesses properly, look at Sean!, saying things like "but Johnny told me..etc" after the judge accepted the objection, and he was LAPD 🤦. Then the friend that admitted checking clips of the trial... Is not looking good for now. Hopefully Johnny's testimony would do.🙏

An ex boyfriend met Johnny Depp once, when he was rigging up a stage for a festival and Johnny was over in the UK working on a film, Pirates of Caribbean. He told me he was the nicest most likeable and chilled friendly man he had ever met.
He seems so layed back and chill. The way he speaks. So calmly and very well spoken. I cant see him being this monster Amber makes him out to be. I mean we will never know the full truth. But I feel if johnny did anything...it was self defense.

Obviously his personal security guard that has been close with him for past 14 years, and still his employers, is not going to paint him in a bad light. There's also an incentive for doctors that work with high profile clients to be a discreet as possible. This doesn't have anything to do with what really happened, but I'm just pointing out obvious bias or conflict of interests.

Hey, at least this way JDs lawyers were able to publish these notes from her. She's validated them. Without the nurse being questioned, they would *not* have been able to publish these notes (to the jury, as well as the Stream). Whether she adds to this or not, that's not so important. Medical notes carry a lot of weight.

While watching the trial I was furious at Shaun for being so aggressive. But I took a step back while rewatching put myself in his shoes. If I knew the truth for over half a decade, watched the truth be smeared - DESTROYING A CAREER - then I would have also testified like this. He is furious. Justice for Johnny ❤
