      I’m appalled also from UK, Scotland. I do believe though huge part of it would be Murdochs involvement. The corruption sometimes is sickening and all comes down to money. I am praying this is a win for Johnny so that case is blown out the water too! Can’t stand that Murdoch.

    I find it fascinating that the moment he mentioned having photos of marks on Johnny’s face, ambers attorney objected, stating he was not a doctor and could not speak to the markings. If on the flip end they would have LEAPED on that opportunity.

      A bit of a goofy objection since her counsel has asked several non-doctor witnesses their opinion of purported injuries based on photos of Amber. By doing that they have more or less opened the door for that kind of questioning

    Okay so when Amber goes out and takes drugs and drinks to the point of vomiting it’s “you can’t blame her for wanting to have fun after she was just beaten by her husband” but if Johnny does drugs and drinks then he’s a raging addict/alcoholic and his life is a mess?     Malcolm's testimony about Australia is so important. This is where Amber claimed she was "held hostage" for 3 days and when JD cut his own finger off. Malcolm said when he extracted JD from the house Amber was screaming "fk off like u always do, go fk off" That doesnt sound like someone thats been held hostage for 3 days. The LIES are beyond extravagant.

    You can see by the amount of loyalty Jonny generates in his staff that his is not some monster. Not only that but the amount of friends and colleagues willing to come forward and defend his character. This doesn't make him a Saint but I think it's obvious 99% of the time he is a good guy. It's hardly surprising he has no money left he gives it away to however needs it.

      Well, I don't think he gives away all his money. He does have investments, and does put alot of his money in tax shelters. But, he does share his good fortune with those close to him. It's obvious that he cares alot about those close to him. Once someone has shown loyalty to him he'll take an interest in them by taking care of those that take care of him.

    Her lawyers are exhibiting twisted behavior and its becoming a theme. The fact that he tried to mislead everyone by leaving the 2nd sentence is a cheap attempt. Good move by JD’s team to expose it in the redirect examination.

      Even without that second sentence in Mr.Jenkins' UK testimony, there's no contradiction there. Just because the app indicated the phone was somewhere below the balcony doesn't mean that's where it actually was. Rottenborn is just incapable of comprehending a simple statement, as he's already shown multiple times.

    These two guys are amazing. You can judge someone’s character so much from how they treat the people “below” them and for sure JD seems to be an awesome person, so many great people worked for him for ages and have nothing but praise for the guy.

      That was the same case of Elvis. He treated everyone including their wives and kids like family. He bought numerous houses and cars etc for them. He also was a shy person in real life but helped anyone that needed it including strangers. I consider Johnny on the same level as Elvis as far as a genius and kind soul!     I saw a comment the other day on how (Johnny is a wealthy man with a great reputation and he has to fight this hard to win a DV case. So what are us regular male victims supposed to do).       My sister's partner has that issue with his ex-wife. All he wants is to see his children.
      He told me about how he drove past his daughter walking home from school and it broke his heart he couldn't stop and talk to her.
      DV against men is serious and I hope this case brings it more to the forefront.
      I believe Johnny will win and it will change the narrative of DV. It's serious, on both ends.

      Exactly! It's beyond wrong. I'm terrified as a boy mom because I'm doing my best to raise him to be the kindest most gentlemanly man like his father, but to know that one day a woman may try and do this kind of crap is just as terrifying to me as the thought of my daughters becoming involved with a man like my ex from before I met my husband.       My dad took my sister and I away from our alcoholic mother. She tried to fight but he won, and he was the most amazing father.
      No matter what, just be there for your kids. Don't fall into any of their traps, don't say anything unless it's regarding the children, don't introduce them to a new relationship unless it's serious and most importantly - be there for the children. Be their father. Play with them, read them books, take them out to climb trees, teach them about the stars (I think I'm projecting my childhood now haha) Just be their dad.
      I know it's not great advice, but seriously, that's all you have to do."

    Every single witness testimony is extremely intriguing! One thing I can say without a doubt is how in awe I am of all JD’s relationships with his employees(misewell call em family) they’re all so genuine and loyal. If there was a reality show to compete to be on JD’s team I’d join in a blink of an eye! And try with all my being to win lol .. everyday court makes me love JD more and more. Amber has ruined so much and I can’t wait to see all the bad karma she has coming bc what she’s done to him is sickening!
    Also, Ambers Legal team can kick rocks! They’re rude, cruel, and it’s disgusting how they treat people they have on stand! I hope they don’t get any opportunity to represent any other celebrity big or small! There’s a right and wrong way to do what they do in court and so far there isn’t any line they haven’t went screeching over!

      They all testify they never seen JD hit her or have never seen marks on her of any kind.
      They are all under OATH and if they would lie for any party they all can be prosecuted and put in jail.
      Something I hope Amber faces judgment for. Her many lies and perjury in court.
      I genuinely hope Johnny wins this. This trial is for 50M but she counter sued for 100M. He already paid her 14M and more.

Any help I’ve attempted has been the wrong kind of help...from people who are “professionals” and yet have not a clue. it’s just always with me and I have given up a long time ago...all anyone wanted to do was shove a pill down my throat and send me on my way. It’s so hard rebuilding myself. I fall and get back up again, it’s exhausting. Every day is a fight, without support. I wish everyone who deals with trauma had a strong loving support system and people we can be vulnerable with. Lift each other up🙏

      True. I find is suspicious too that Amber repeatedly mentioned using Arnica cream to cover bruises. Arnica is widely used after cosmetic surgery to reduce swelling. During this time, Amber received malar cheek implants and would undoubtedly observe distinct bruising consistent with her public “DV pictures”.
      I posit If her plastic surgeon were subpoenaed to stand as a witness (ie. to provide exact dates of surgery, professional opinion and recovery pictures), Amber’s counter-suit would crumble. While majority of us aren’t doctors, we aren’t idiots either. There are pieces that complete this entire story Amber is failing to admit to.

    Is it normal for a lawyer not to allow witnesses to finish speaking? It's a subjective question, RB continuously interrupts witnesses. Which seems odd to me.

      Cross exam is usually testy in that way...its kind of expected in court. But sometimes witnesses try to add in extra explanations beyond answering the question so that they can support their own claims and that is frowned upon. Thats why cross examitaion is mostly yes or no questions. If the witness states more than yes or no to the answer, they have the power to ask the judge to "strike" it aka erase it from transcripts and essentially tell the jury to ignore it.

      Cross examinations are conducted by leading questions. That’s standard. It’s only prohibited for direct examinations (which is done by the party bringing the witness in)

      Amber's lawyer is always calling objections, this makes her and her team look like they have a lot to hide. where as johnny's lawyer let's just about everything through, showing they really have nothing to hide....also because they don't we all see her now, win or lose she has been outed.

    A “victim” will NOT do things that would get them hurt as a result! Like video taping the “abuser” behind his back!!! Amber was not frightened of Johnny! She did everything she could to antagonize him and then set him up to make him look bad! That is BLATANTLY OBVIOUS in all of the recordings! In MY opinion, she is a narcissistic, manipulative, vindictive, pathological liar! Her female lawyer is not the brightest bulb on the Christmas tree either🙄😩

A true victim gets proof to HELP herself and her kids. Amber was OBVIOUSLY being vindictive. There is a difference. Even if you are a woman who doesn’t cower into the corner when she is being hit.. even if you fight back or get all up in their face, the fact that you have to do it at all is disheartening. Amber was CLEARLY not feeling bad about ANYTHING.

    So, AH attorney asked the bodyguard if he knew AHs sister, Whitney was pregnant at the time and who threw up in a parking lot. The BG says, he knows the difference between the two sisters. So, if this took place in April of 2016 either her sister suffered a miscarriage or had an extra long pregnancy. Whitney gave birth to her son in December of 2018.

    Amber's attorney tried to make it look like it was her sister sick, and not him. Well, today, the nurse assigned to Amber, wrote in her notes that Amber told her she got sick at Coachella from the drugs and alcohol she consumed.
