My last 3 pistols were Springfields, they just do it better than anyone else at a better price too.
I can’t argue that point. I think you are correct, and for some reason 50% of the American Shooting public sells them short. Mostly because they are made in Croatia… At least that’s what I think. I am not right 100% of the time but, I am right about 90% of the time. LOL!!

I just got this same xdm elite 10mm and it’s my favorite pistol by far, the only thing I was skeptical on is that it’s plastic everything then on top it’s metal. But no complaints so far….?

Man, I love it! I don't think I ever knew or noticed the mag well until you mentioned it. They're definitely nice to have.

Hello sir and God bless you. Yeah the in the car reviews came about because we wanted to do the table top in a more controlled environment. We didn’t want to have to wait to do all the table tops from the house, so we think that they are coming out pretty good. Thank you for the feedback it is always appreciated. As you know my Springfield collection has grown with 4 XD/XDM and 5 Springfield 1911 pistols. No complaints as of right now, and I do not think that is going to change. @@FromTheVille_ that's right I ben on the XD when they called it the SD 2000. but at that time I didn't pay attention to it .once I heard SA was coming out with a gun to KILL the Glock I had to get on. I got the XD Tactical 5in with the silver slide in 05,06 and I had to get another one once I saw they were coming out with the XDM line around 09 or 10 I got the XDM 5.25 in 45 .SO NOW MORE XD/XDM for me two is enough
Excellent firearm. I just picked one up from Cabela’s last week in the tan color, 10% off sale. Springfield had a rebate for 3 extra mags and range bag, haven’t received them yet. I also own the hellcat and an older xd subcompact in 40sw. All excellent firearms. Thanks for the video. Enjoyable to watch.

I love my xdm 10mm. I bought it and the store people told me u should have gotten a glock. I,told them I didn't want one. I did put some talon pro grips on it.

I bought mine in late August. I held the 3.8, but didn't like the feel of it. The 4.5 is a beast, slightly bigger than I need, but I love it.
You can remove that flare on the 3.8's and it actually gives you a really good grip purchase then. I didn't want the bigger version but I knew through researching that I could adapt the 3.8.
What. I got mine when XD frist came out in 04 .it was called and still is the Glock killer
I've owned several XD pistols over the years an haven't had a bad word on them . I currently own a 40 in the 5in tactical and it's hard a lot of rounds through it no malfunctions what do ever. You know I'd love to have this gun in 357 SIG I've always liked the round and had a XD 4in years ago , wish I'd keep it . OD Green too.

I have the 3.8" version. With that flared magwell you can only get 2+ fingers on the grip and it felt awkward. Springfield does give you different back strap options and allows that mag flare to be removed. I put on the middle back strap and removed the flare and it actually allows a good purchase on the grip. I have ran some rounds through and it is very accurate.
This is an awesome pistol. Love everything about it, even the grip safety.

Seems like the grip safety would be great for camping if I want to unholster near the sleeping bag. Less likely to bump the trigger in the night.
40 S&W for the hoods, 10 mm for the woods.

I just bought that same pistol a month ago and man I couldn’t be anymore happier! Such a great gun and the 10mm is gonna take down anything really. Go camping and bear runs up on your tent that bear is done for.
My first gun was a Springfield xd mod 2 and I still love that gun and I shoot pretty well too, now is too big to carry, especially in the hot summer days, I’m looking forward to buy the 10mm and this gun is what I think will be the best choice for me.

Great capacity and reliability all for about $650. maybe order yourself one or pick one up when they offer the free magazines that go with the gun I think that used to be around Christmas time, but something to check for or check out. @@BERETTA9mmUSA don't own one yet, but I will seriously consider one. I've really started liking the 10mm cartridge and now carrying my G29 most of the time. (I still have the G30 and shoot it when we are shooting 1911's at the range. My wife will only carry a 1911 .45 and refuses to shoot "weak" 9mm's LOL) I have a G20 now and really like it as well. The 3.8" 10mm (& .45 acp) are fantastic. Removing the magwell is best for me. Also having a few extra extended mags makes a huge difference. I would really like to see this offered in an OSP version with a 5" 5.25" threaded barrel. That would be a massive range gun imo. Just add a Talon Pro grip and pew pew away.
I agree-and would also like to have suppressor height sights on all OSP models

Got mine a month ago, still haven’t shot it. Feels great in my hand though, better than my Glock 20 or Glock 21.
Way better than any Glock brother for sure I just bought mine a little over a month ago and just shot it man it’s a beast and very accurate.
Practically all handguns are built or at minimum designed outside the US. Even the few assembled here parts and materials come from overseas.
I have one. I like it. Even though it took me a month to take it to the range. I also have a smith 10 mm in semi and revolver. Oh, yea. I almost forgot. I have a springfield 40 caliber. Hell, i like them all.

I think so….. underwood and Buffalo bore is what comes to mind. I would not put anything crazy in the pistol, as you can still blow it up. 🤠👮🏻♂️🇺🇸👍👻😉👋🌚🍀🐉. B9USA Sr.
I ran some 200 gr Underwood, ran fine. However less accurate and more kick imo.

How is this compared to the Glock 20 as far as recoil?
A little less then a Glock 20. I consider this and the Glock 20 to be the Best in 10MM Striker Fired Plastic Fantastic Pistols. IMO. 😎👍🇺🇸

Has anyone had any feed jams Springfield 10mm with this model. I have a person telling me that it's famous for jams. and the ammo is NOT reliable, as well as the recoil. Inquiring minds would love to know.
Sorry you are getting Bad Information. This pistol will Kill A Man or A Grizzly Bear!!! Good enough for me and my 23 years as a Deputy Sheriff…. So I have a little experience in this area. Mine does not jam up…. Buy Sig 10MM Ammo!

I have had one for several months, and have probably put close to a thousand rounds through it. Different brands and reloads and I haven't had a malfunction so far. I actually didn't like the pistol at first, but it is absolutely the most accurate reliable striker fired plastic gun I have owned. And I've owned quiet a few.
