    Wladmir has to land his jab first and it has to be a powerful jab. A jab that hurts AJ. This will make AJ think twice about coming forward and it will put his offensive game into disarray. If Wlad just stands in front of him with no movement and allows AJ to aim lock and load it's all over in 3 rounds maximum.

      I'm sick of all these brain dead predictions of AJ will smash him etc. He might but boxing is far more complex than that. People are writing of Wlad too soon. This fight is almost straight down the line for me. Maybe I'd put AJ marginal fav but no way is he right to be so short priced. If Wlad gets his tactics right its going to be a hard night for Joshua. They only remember the last fight and the Wlad that fury beat would have got beaten by a few top heavyweights that night imo. I suspect he was injured maybe but he has too much class to talk about it. Logically, Wlad knows Joshua well and he's a smart guy with plenty of money. He knows what AJ can do so would he really be taking a fight that he has little chance in. I don't think so. I thought he looked flakey in the Whyte fight and could have potentially been in real trouble if it had gone on much longer. I'm going to guess Wlad will do nothing much and evade for the first 4 or 5 before he starts letting his hands go. He has the skill to make AJ miss and all those potential air shots are gong to be tiring. A late stoppage for Wlad if it goes past 5 for me. One thing I'm certain of is if AJ fails to take him out early, this is going to be the toughest fight of his career by far.

      Good summary. AJ looks sharp and explosive - but I wonder what his stamina is like. However, everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face. I just wonder how AJ will deal with a steel hammer punch if Wlad lands flush, if AJ will panic and how he will take it? Wlad needs to get that jab established early and cause concerns/take away AJ's confidence. This is difficult to call - the first round will tell us a lot. If I was going to bet then I would wait until the fight starts after the first round.

      couldn't agree more, I am banking on 3 rounds max and a lot of clinching from Wlad.

    For a big guy with a long reach like Joshua, he is really good at fighting close and mid-distance but he needs to use his jabs and reach more effectively tho, because he not fast enough against short guys like Andy Ruiz are always gonna be faster close range, it’s dangerous for joshua to exchange punches in close distance.

    • @Klash716
      @Klash716 7 лет назад +10

      LoneWolf6 well if he taps the chin of Joshua of course he has a chance. No matter how good or shit you think wilder is the one thing he has is not only KO power, he has "put you In coma or make you have a seizure" KO power. The shots that Dillon landed on Joshua if that was wilder it may have been been goodnight Irene for Joshua,

    • @crismith93
      @crismith93 7 лет назад +25

      wilder would get outboxed and probably knocked out to be honest. His recent opponents have been tapping his chin yet none of them have power equal to his own. In steps Joshua
