    Physical transformation i.e weight loss is process of getting physically active , slightly getting into calorie deficit, balancing the macros , Protein, carbohydrates and fats ,include lots of soluble and insoluble fibre in your meal,never skip the meal,eat everything in moderation
    You are doing great
    Basically do it for yourself and motivate people
    The best thing is to enjoy the process
    There is no short cuts
    Exercise should be a combination of strength training, cardiovascular endurance and focus on flexibility
    Also never forget to get good sleep
    The best thing is to don't stop loving yourself,life is very beautiful ,enjoy each and every moment
    Love your parents,friends and family
    Take every criticism in a positive note
    Trust the process

    Mam I lost 16 kgs through workout, from 75kg to 59kg. I am 21 year old, everyone around me used to inslut me for the way I looked and know people say I have become thin and does not look good. I realised one thing in this 3 years of my journey in weight loss (which I began when I was 18)people will anyway comment on us what ever way we look, so don't worry mam we love you the way you are, I used to take you as an inspiration when you were doing serial back in zee kannada, the way you were charming and inspiring.     really am happy for your weight loss journey... still waiting more from you. i know the struggle becz am regular gymmer. after pregnancy i gained 22 kg. again started gym after 1 year now lost 17kg in 6 months.

    Hey geetha, v had met in sheshadripuram coll some yrs ago,during campus placements. I remember it just like yestrdy. I absolutely understand how you feel nd relate to it a 100%. I started off at a weight of 107kgs nd currently at 65..wheww!! It's a journey gurl!!! U r doin great!! Vry happy for u!! Ppl r there to comment. Fighters care for none!! Kudos guurrl!! Lots of ❤ !!

    I am victim of this crash diet and am regretting it now..I am doing surya namaskara and lost 6 kgs im 6 months with normal food habbit.. Being mom of 2 i am really happy for what am doing..
