Your video is great. I’ve had my Instant Pot Duo Plus 3 qt. “Mini” for about 6 months and have been trying some of your 3 qt. recipes. Are you going to add more of them? Would love to see basic pot roast and/or stew recipes and cheesecake using 4” or 6” pans.

I remember when I had to use my Fagor pressure cooker on the stove top. These Instant pots are great. Very easy to use. Thanks for the advice!
