What a great camping adventure trip of the Australian outback.
Who gives a thumbs down?
Awsome vid guys…
Cheers guys
Love how the Queen didn't need to pedal 🤣🤣🤣🤣
she's a ratbag😂😂
Mate, this episode was unreal. You make it feel like we are there with you, love it
Ah cheers , glad you enjoyed it
“Mint” haven’t heard that for years. That’s gold
Great episode "boof". Loving how the kids are taking to the camera. Can see young Jack will have a great career in TV.
😂😂thanks mate
Justin, Bec, Jack, Billy & Charli another great episode
Thankyou mate
Every summer gets the spectacular lightning storms in Uluru Ayers Rock and it is beautiful to watch in Yulara by the resort village. I love lightning and it is fun to watch when it rains during the thunderstorm season with the hot dry desert air. Lightning storms are fascinating during the summer monsoon season.
Love that acknowledgement of country😃
Beautiful country also thanks for the message at the start of the video 👍🏿
Cheers
Amazing content mate, cant wait to move to Australia and visit uluru
Have fun! And Thankyou
"the Queen doesn't have to pedal" very funny!
🤙😂
The beauty of the NT landscape was so well captured in this video guys. Totally awesome. Provides a clearer understanding as to why the traditional owners lived there for centuries. imagine having those views and natural wonders literally at your "front door" every morning
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thanks again for the great vid, I lived in Alice Springs over 20 years ago and by the looks of things somethings are still the same.
Thanks mate
Uluru and Kata Tjuta so special 🥰🥰
Loved this episode as brought back many wonderful memories. Love this whole area. ❤️❤️❤️
Thankyou mate
@@TripInAVan You missed a good place when you didn't go to Kings Canyon. You will have to go back there one day and do the ridge top walk as well as take the chopper ride. You certainly wont be sorry if you do both. I was really looking forward to your views on both when you first mentioned it in this video.
Another great video guys.
Loving ‘chats with jack’ ! Jack is a star in the making 🤙🏼
He’s a little legend 😂
@@TripInAVan your kids probably don't realise the full extent of just how lucky they are to have wonderful oldies like you guys. They'll look back on their childhood with a huge smile on their dial as they get older. Good onyas!!
Tha is for the quick tour of Alice, Uluru and Olgas. Some great ideas for next years trip to the red centre
My fav aussie travel channel.
Cheers mate 🍺🤙
Another great video keep up guys ,
Your kids are as Informative as their parents. Another Epic episode.
Thanks mate 🤙
Your videos are just the best! So much fun so honest and so well made. Your children are a credit to you both!
Ah Thankyou. So much!! We appreciate the support
Thumbs up to all your travels
Love the video guys and I reckon the Olgas are so much better than the rock keep up the great work 👍😍
Thanks 👍
It's not Uluru, it's the Rock! 😅 I love it Jack. Omg, camel burps, lovely! And bribes for a cold swim, jeez kiddos. I need a caravan. Can you adopt me as a big kid? I'll earn my keep, I promise. But seriously, I need to go there though, might make it my next holiday trip. Gonna rewatch your vid and take some notes. But great work guys and gal's, keep it up.
Thanks so much mate
I’ve said it before but I’ll say it again, top class family ! I love to see what you are doing with your kids …they are a total credit to you both …love the family ‘can do’ & ‘get stuck in spirit’🇬🇧👍. Top job ..keep up the hard work 👌💯🇦🇺.
I look forward to the next vid 🤟
Thanks so much mate
Loved that episode! Uluru, the Queen on her bike and scones to finish :) Great times.
The queen😂😂
Great to relive what we did in 2006, great video. Looking forward to the next episode
Thanks mate
Boof was so handsome. Another great episode.
Ormeston Gorge......WOW! It would be so nice to camp there for a while, so peaceful and beautiful. Yes you are the ultimate professional and do continue on no matter what!!! Got a good giggle out of that, thanks!! Boof, not you.......code word.
😂😂 thanks guys
Another wonderful adventure with you guys. Boof 😀
Please do another “chats with Jack” soon, we love him! (All your kids are amazing, but we love his chit chat😆)
Good thing about fly screen ,strain the the wine through the fly screen 😀🇦🇺
Hi guys! Well we wont have Uluru & bikes on our next visit what a rip-off! Loved your journey was the water really that cold Justin? you try our North Sea :) . Oh here we go BOOF, looking forward to your next one in NT. Take care. PS, blimey Becs what a wine glass??
😂😂cheers guys and yep sooo cold !!
It’s probably to late for this cause you may of already gone past and missed it but Renner Springs is a fav of ours, try their home made corned beef and salad sandwich .Mataranka hot springs are the go if the bats aren’t to thick,Katherine is a must if even for just a couple of days (stay out of town) then onto my fav Litchfield Park ( take your swimming googles) if you can’t get your van down to the camp area at Florence, stay at Wangi falls and day trip to Florence falls.Apart from the awesome caravan park at Kakadu ( Jabiru) and the Yellow waters boat tour in the dry season I’m not a big fan, much rather spend my time at Litchfield Park .Both markets in Darwin are a must ,you will want to go more than once to the sunset on the beach market at Mindil next to the casino, fish feeding has got to be on the list and even swimming with the big croc (not until after Litchy) you may never get in the water again.😍😊👍🇦🇺
why do you need goggles at Litchfield?
@@leannechuter3105 Hello, you spent so much time with your head under water looking around that your eyes become blurry after a few hours.😊👍🇦🇺Plus you get to see more.😍😊
Love it 👍
Grate vid. Jack so funny 😂 😂😂
Thank you! Cheers!
Awesome vid Bec and Justin. You guys looked so relaxed in this episode. Made my bucket list items seem validated. Stay safe and happy guys.
One of your best videos. I was fortunate to walk up to Uluru 25yrs ago...it was a tough walk. I am glad they stopped it now, the rock needs to recover.
Love watching your shows, dreaming of out of lock-down planning my next trip.
Good video & shows Ausi life in a great way,,, also love the occasional Adellaide Wave 👋
Glad you enjoyed it
Love the chats with jack
We just did this trip in our van back in May, riding those camels at sunset was a highlight for me and loved it. We actually rode Boof and I was laughing at the way he was pushing his head at you, that’s what he was doing to the lady in front of us, he has no boundaries or personal space. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 we loved our time at there, was a great holiday.
Haha just goes to show how genuine and unspoilt your kids are, Lolly and a frozen coke and a toy. Love Charli and the boys, you guys are raising wonderful kids!
Cheers mate
Well done kids on the bike ride and mum and dad
Double, Tripple, Thousand Awesome Episode.
😂😂😂thanks so much
Great episode guys ... love getting home after a big week on a Sunday and chill out and watch what you have put together for us .. we have 10 more weeks here in Hedland doing a work contract then hitting the road again , its been crazy round the Pilbra the last few weeks...
Thanks again ... hey Bek do you cook 🤣
Thanks mate, she doesn’t cook much hey
@@TripInAVan Bec does the 'real' house work ...don't you Bec!?
Greetings from Germany.
👋👋👋
Great trip. Climbed Uluru back then. Freezing water at Ellery etc. We loved Glen Helen Gorge. Big 4 Alice was perfect.
Cheers guys
Absolutely loving ya series and always hanging out for your next one. Keep them coming. 😀😀👍🍺
Ah man, we’ve only been watching and following you guys for the past couple months, planning our trip and we’re going back through your older vids now - this one cracked us up, proper laugh out loud at the ‘massive snorbie’ and the camel burps. Comedy gold! Thanks legends.
😂😂😂cheers mate, glad your loving the vids
Such a magical place. Can't wait to get back there in our own van!!
Also we were told by some people ar Curtin Springs that another name fir Mt Connor is Fooluru.
A snorbie!! 🤣🤣🤣 I’ve never heard of one of them. You made me lol! Thank you.
😂😂
Another awesome episode from my favourite travelling family !
Glad you enjoyed it!
Love the new 'Chats with Jack'. Super cool to involve your little ones with some great information.
Great episode guys BOOF looked pretty happy with Justin 😍😍
😂😂weapon of a camel
My first camping trip with the misso in a Subaru XV with rooftop tent. We did the Menerie Loop rd to Alice. Stayed at Kings Canyon and Glen Helen Gorge. When we went to Ellery Creek there was a fish kill because the water was icy cold, this was June 2017.
I look forward to your vids, keep it up guys.
Thanks mate
the queen dont have to pedle, OMG the things kids say hey ... HAHA just classic love it guys ... what an insperation and great family adventures . this is the way to live with all the shint going on, just good mate ......thanks ..
Uluru is a bit of rip off nowadays, $38 per adult to visit is too much & $205 to hire bikes!! Ouch!
Not just Uluru, one minute they want a handout from the government because of covid next minute they are at capacity charging like wounded bulls.
lol.. "a bit of a rip off"
@Tony F I personally think if it’s so important to the aboriginal people, then all tourism and access to whites should be stopped.
Spend a week working in the mines and this is this first thing i watch when i get home
Awesome show guys, keep it up giddy up
This took me back to my travels there. Such a beautiful place the NT outback!!!
Another good video 👍👍👍
Thankyou
I’m excited to go travel around the NT. I. Haven’t been since I was a kid. I’m sure I will experience it differently as an adult. Thanks for the share guys and stay safe
Love this part of the country, especially when the wildflowers are on show!
This was a bit longer than the recent vids, nice to settle in and reminisce. Thank you 😊
Love the queen peddling backwards 😂🤣
The walk around Ormaston is a great adventure with all sorts of terrain and a drop into the cafe for their world famous ice coffee is a real treat. 😉🦆
Maybe next time.
Good job 👍
Love the closeup of smelly ol’ Boof 😳
Cheers guys.
Giddy up 😎👍🍻👋🏼👋🏼🦆
What a surprise we were watching this today and our daughter was saying when we were doing our Uluru trip in March this year that you guys were tracking not far behind us and today when you said Erldunda Roadhouse we thought we were there and we popped up right beside you when you were getting fuel our Pajero and Windsor 👍
Loved it!!! Thanks guys 👍💛
Wow nice video.
Have you ever tried lemonade scones? Super easy! 1 cup lemonade / 1 cup self raising flour / 1 cup cream. Mix, roll out, cut and bake. Enjoy!
No butter? Sounds intriguing !
Thanks for the tips! I will try that next time!!
@@gbsailing9436 no butter and they taste just like regular scones, not lemonade!
@@Kiwi-Macca Wow, weird
Awesome to walk around the rock too, we did sunset and sunrise at each of the viewing areas, was spectacular, next time we hope to do the camel ride. We did an NT trip in may with a hired campervan, the meteorite craters was a really peaceful camp but 4wd only. The stars in the Territory are spectacular. Would have to agree that they do well with the parks, will be doing the gorges and ranges next time
Woo hoo ! Giddy up
giddy up!
Love following your journey guys. Thanks
Cheers mate
Thanks for the Vid. Keep them coming. Had to put our van trip to Darwin on hold because of Covid.
another great episode! fantastic footage of uluru and the olgas. :)
Thankyou mste
Awesome video again. Love the safety Akubra.
Its been a long time since we've been to Uluru, they still had the chain to climb it, there wasn't any "Boof" camel to ride then either, Loved to Olga's too we went on Motor Cycle's so it was a great ride out, no speed limits in NT at the time. loved Kings Canyon would have been nice to see it again too, never mind next trip, love your video's, brings back some great memories
Thankyou so much

Wonderful adventure and nature , scenery is terrific in the countryside.
I've heard great things about the Australian outdoors. Hopefully I can visit in the future. Kimberly, Perth and the outback areas will be my first targets to explore. Good upload.

OMG what a fantastic travelogue...thank you so much for sharing your trip and your adorable family. Am heading to Uluru, Alice & Darwin in August/Sept. when I finally come home from Toronto, Canada. Starting in Sydney, then Brisbane, Winton then off to Alice. Broome then home to Perth. You've given me so many great hints, esp. the fly nets! BTW, Jack should have his own web tv show...LOL THANK YOU SO MUCH
