I was probably one of the luckiest people in the audience that night. I was there....and went backstage afterwards through an exit door and into the building where Ian and Mick were just standing in the corridor with a beer. They gave me one and asked if I enjoyed the show. Obvious answer. Then I asked if there was a new album due and Ian said yes but they didn’t have a producer....I said they should produce it themselves...later learning they didn’t take my advice. But, what a fantastic moment...me, Ian and Mick, just passing time with a beer.
It was a real loss for the rock music when Mick died! Ian and Mick desided to work together propertly!! And this was the first tune they wrote together!! Cool, if you ask me!!
LOVE this song.
this song rocks
