- Ewa Agoyin sauce. How to make Ewa Agoyin Stew. Nigerian Street Food.
Ewa Agoyin is a popular street food loved many in the Western part of Nigeria.
Truly, there is nothing to not love about Ewa Agoyin Stew, from how simple yet complex its preparation is, to the availability of ingredients required... What I love the most about Ewa agoyin sauce is the beautiful Aramo of the caramelized onions which only gets stronger the longer the Stew stays..
I hope you give this recipe a try and enjoy it from cooking to eating ❤️❤️🌹

1/2 kg of dry shambo (chilli pepper)

I didn't know Mexican food was popular in Africa.
This isn’t Mexican food. It’s called ewa agoyin and taste different from Mexican beans
@@nkemeze1768 Most of ingredients are Mexican food....tomatoes, chilis, red peppers, beans.....that dish resemble what in Mexico are known as "Frijoles refritos estilo Veracruzano"....
Please can I cook it without onion because I don’t eat it
