  • Ewa agoyin is a Nigerian delicacy of beans cooked to a soft consistency and served with a spicy pepper stew. Fried plantains were served with the beans.

    Me na oyibo, Married to my Nigerian Husband. I miss Lagos die but now this will take us back and I can't wait to try it tonight with our kids ;-) A taste of Africa right here in Florida. Thank you Mama!

    I think the spices is cooked with gradnut oil and also I think they don't put tomato

      Nop..its made with red oil..
      Tomatoes is optional..
      D main recipe of d sauce doesn't go with fresh tomatoes, its all chilli peppers all through.
