I would like for you to let me know up front if there's a $20 extra fee because you came in at 7:00 a.m. I would like to know up front if there's a $30 extra fee because I'm staying late additional from what I already pay for the service that I'm getting I think that's fair do you. I think the problem comes when you finish the person's hair and you look at it and say dag that I do that oh yeah you need to break me out and now the price is outrageous but if you're prepared for any additional fees in advance then there's no problem communication is a wonderful thing.
