Hey. Geico can say you can rent a car based on your policy, but weather you get the car from the rental agency will depend on that rental agency and the state laws. Most states the legal age to rent a car is 25. A way to get around this is if you have a parent or someone else on the policy that is over 25, they can rent the car and you can drive their vehicle, if they have another one.
The scams never end with insurance companies. I never thought of that one. They actually sell rental reimbursement coverage to someone under 25. I’m not even a little surprised.
