If take the pump lose from the motor . Then turn the starter switch on . With the pump in your hand with all wires Connected you should feel the pump vibrating that tell you the pump in side canister pump is still working .
I'm not 100% sure on the part number, but if you call Miller's Customer Service they have some guys who can help you figure it out based on the serial number of your machine.
I had this same issue except i wasn't getting much fuel to my first fuel filter and was only 3 gallons of fuel missing from full.. Put those 3 gallons back in the machine and it fired right up and runs fine now. Does that still mean one of my pumps is no good?
I would disconnect each fuel hose and crank over to see if fuel is getting past each pump. That is what an old timer told me to try to narrow down if it was the fuel pumps or something else.

Hey do you happen to have the part number to the pump?

How long did it take to turn back on
Once the new pump was put in it started up almost immediately. Maybe 3 seconds of turning the motor over.

Thinking mine has the same issue. Should get the pump changed today or tomorrow. Did you do a ecu and tps relearn on yours?
No, all I did was connect the new pump and fired it up. Haven’t had problems with it since but maybe I got lucky!
