I normally listen to the podcast but when you said it might be worth it to watch on you tube for your facial expressions I clicked on this.😂😂I can’t imagine trying all these in one sitting. I can’t bring myself to try a green drink. The color and texture looks like the “juice” at the bottom of my yard waste bin. Ugh.😊

I use Amazing Grass Green Superfood. Ingredient list isn’t too extensive and is all organic.

Have you tried any single herb powders? Or DIY blends? Way cheaper, way more transparent on sourcing, and you can get exactly what you want. I like Mountain Rose Herbs for kale, moringa, nettle, barleygrass (freeze dried), and kelp powders. I don't overthink the blend too much but you certainly could. Freeze drying uses a ton more energy than just drying so it's probably better for your pocketbook and the planet to just take a bit more of the dried version unless it's a particularly sensitive ingredient (like barley grass).

    Very funny syart already!
    Listerine and kale, yummy!
I just get chlorella and spirulina separately. Or moringa. But i would never mix them with fruit after experimenting. Big gut cramps!
Food combining is crucial for me!
