Alway been curious, with it being down on power because of 70s emissions law's, is there anyway the car could be altered to get it back to the original region of about 300 bhp 🤔

Yes, there is much that can be done to regain the lost HP. Mostly ported vacuum lines need to be disconnected and plugged.

Something ain’t right about that sound. Like it is clogged with debris, metal parts. Or the muffler or exhaust pipe has a leak
