I did the same headers on my '76 Thunderbird. I was able to find some neat 90 degree pipes, welded from 2 pieces. they were like instant turn instead of those k-mart pipes that take 8 inches to make 90 degree turn. I welded two of those together and was able to route the pipes thru the crossmember without hacking anything
I just got mine today mines a 71 mark 3 you have to pull motor up and almost out to get these in no way in hell you will get these in other wise. I did notice my cross member is differnt mine already made with the humps in it to allow the dual exhaust to pass under.
As far as I know no one makes replacement bushings. You might be able to match up the main body bushings with a more popular ford product. The problem will likely be the ones for the rad support, I haven't seen ones like them on anything else. Good Luck!
Good luck.I couldn't find anything. Best you can hope for is to get something from a more popular car that will fit. The hardest ones to find are going to be the rad support ones. Let me know if you find anything.

Would the crown vic exhaust fit on stock headers?
I wonder if these work on a 71 lincoln
Nice job. Please also show when ready.
Looks clean man
Clean on the inside and underneath but the outside is all "patina"
kevin crash grant I want a truck like that but it's always rust on the outside lol
Hey buddy, what year Lincoln is this? I’ve got a 73 mk4 that I want headers for.
It's a1976. Should fit yours fine. I did end up dneting the headers a bit around the steering box for extra clearance, but not very much.
@@kevinrosanne thanks for the info, are you also using the factory engine mounts?
