used regular extra strength nail polish remover on red permanent marker on a white wall and it did wonders! just gonna give it a little touch with some paint and should be fine! thanks so much for this!
@@higiniomarines8449 actually left it to dry again. And re hit it with the nail polish remover and it was fine. The only thing is that it will strip a bit of paint off the wall. So dont rub hard at all. Touched up with a tiny tiny bit of paint and I was good as new!
Thank you!! My granddaughter wrote on the walls in a rental house. Yikes. Since you did the research, I just need to do the work. Very much appreciated.
Try perfume the chemicals in perfume eat away at the dyes in permanent marker and its not strong enough to eat at ur paint this is what helps when my lil sister draws on the wall
Thank you I tried the nail polish remover trick but hairspray ended up working for me. I don't know if it makes a difference on which kind but I used John Frieda.
Yooooo you saved my life I was at my girlfriends house and it was just me and her and she was asleep and I was like I’m going to write down on a paper towel Top G and take a shit wrap it up and cellotape it and throw it at her neighbours house because I’m asserting my dominance on their house and didn’t know it would go threw the paper onto the bench I would have been dead because it’s not my house for a start and they rent the house so anyways thanks to you I won’t be dead and the fact that she had nail polish remover forgot what you called it same thing :) can’t wait to take a dump now and do what I was gonna do without dying in the process thanks so much I’m 22 almost 23 and don’t give a fuck apart from when I’m about to die from accidentally drawing permanent marker on the bench and want to get her neighbours in the process if she woke up I would not be sending this comment lol
Hello i have permanent marker too and i wrote (One two three four five five called clive) and my wall is White and i have acetone too if i use acetone to White wall nothing will happen right (My wall isn't drywall)
Alayah Dazee yes but breathing in chemicals through our lungs is worst than some of those foods we eat. Our bodies have filters and every “filter” works differently. Also those chemicals you breath will kill you in a matter of moments.
Why not just ask the guy who put the graffiti on the wall how he takes it off after he gets busted since their going to make him clean it off or do community service
All of that stuff besides the alcohol and peroxide is extremely toxic and full of carcinogens and harmful chemicals. Alcohol and lemon essential oil will work but you have to be careful with the paint while also be able to scrub a little more.
Got permanent black marker off white carpet , wall mounted Pickerel some guy left with his name across it at my husband’s work. Tools Q tip soaked in it and gently dabbed it off. Also works on shoes walls etc.
Come to my park and try that on the bathroom wall take it off with hand sanitizer or alcohol and I'll gladly give you a thousand bucks.i work for Keizer Parks and Recreation and it doesn't do SHIT.the little fuckers who use sharpies to write on the walls KNOW damn near nothing works which is why they do it.
I want whatever brand of paint you have!! It withstood all those different chemicals!! That’s strong stuff for real!!
Dr. Free it was from lowes its called valspar

@@higiniomarines8449 actually left it to dry again. And re hit it with the nail polish remover and it was fine.

I have used toothpaste and it works well. My 3 yr old is notorious for writing on the wall and toothpaste comes to my rescue whenever I needed it.
LOL I tried hairspray because you mentioned it at the beginning and it worked perfectly! Thanks!
Thank you!! My granddaughter wrote on the walls in a rental house. Yikes. Since you did the research, I just need to do the work. Very much appreciated.

Thank you. My little cousin drew permanent marker pictures on my bedroom door while I wasn't home. Imma try this and hopefully this works.

Thanks so much , my grandson had a party with marker on my wall!!!!
You are so welcome!
If it removes the paint, you might as well paint over the wall. Magic eraser works good, but it also removes paint.
Remind me of Mr. Bean trying to clean up the oil painting scene.
Thank you!!!!
Thank you so much
I am here because my child also drew with sharpie all over my walls

All of these chemicals and he’s mixing together... not good to breath in.
I mean they put harmful chemicals in our food. So why not?
