NBA has rules (travelling , etc) they don't enforce to Increase the Entertainment. That's not a Sports League. It's a Tv show.
Driving to the paint and post up possessions are very different things. Big dudes like Jokic get fouled on pretty much every possession when posting up but the refs won't ever call it that way because it looks more like mutual combat compared to someone driving to the rim and getting smacked.
