what are the condo prices with moorage

That will vary greatly. There are condos on Siesta Key and Longboat Key that will start around 800,000. There is one condo building on Phillipi Creek that you can buy into for around 600,000 for the smaller units and the prices go up from there. I would be happy to discuss this with you anytime.
