that tableside guac was a nice touch. most of the food seemed on par with outdoor resort food. overpriced as usual. in my head when i think of poolside fare i think of $7 - 10 meals not $20+. sign of the times... nice vid shin
Cosmo in Las Vegas is like 32$ for bottomless Mimosa's 1.5 hour limit we are going to make bank off that! Then I walk in and show you non dedicated alcohol drinkers how it is done. After 1.5 hours Cosmo will be wondering where it all went wrong for them.

This place looks good, and the food looks okay concerning quality, 🙂🙂🙂 even though there were a few misses that can be fixed, everything seems okay for the most part. 🙂🙂🙂 The decor and the layout of the restaurant are nice, airy, and happy it just looks like a cool place to hang out and have a good time. When I read the title of a poolside restaurant, I said, "Oh no, not another Mandalay Bay", LOL!! 😋😋😋 but this place turned out pretty good, albeit it was a little expensive, but you only live once. Hopefully, MGM won't ruin this place when they take it over and give it the Mandalay Bay treatment 😆😆😆 thanks for the review, Shin. We'll catch you on the next video 😊😊😊

Wow! That is some menu for a poolside cafe. And can we talk about the size of the guacamole? It’s massive. The Chilaquiles looked far too dry.. They actually looked like some sort of nachos concoction. Other than that, all the food looked really good. Great job again, Shin!
That's a fair assessment. I think a runny yolk would have helped with that moisture level but the tofu crumble as the substitute was pretty good. Some more of the tomatillo sauce could have been a good move too. Thanks for watching!
