Craig is such a good naturally gifted athlete. Through the various things he has done in his life, from football (I believe that was his first real sport before RUclips) to bodybuilding to CrossFit to Weightlifting, he just seems to be above average in everything he does. It’s not just the talent, he also works really hard and that effort makes such a difference.

Yeah he has a great mentality going into stuff, making the most of what he has got to work with

      Not a lifetime natural

Definitely not natural. You also can't tell me his strength gains were natural. His lifts were ass during covid then a year later he added like a 80% strength increase.

I am pretty sure he was on gear mate or still is. Either way he is a freak athlete for sure. But don't go with those bold statements for no reason :)

Maybe I should clarify, I don't mean natural like not on gear. I don't care to debate that or not, its not important to me. I mean natural as in, he is quite gifted genetically, gear would not make him this good at this many things. There is a level of natural talent. His base is impressive, whether you think he has "assistance" or not does not change that.

From his video, he started low on the C&J because that was all he needed to qualify for the next comp, so he wanted to make sure he got that first

It would be interesting to see a review of Karlos Nasar’s record lifts and why you think doing ”a lot of wrong things” works for him and makes him a top tier lifter🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Craig said in his video that on the first clean and jerk he was focusing way to much on the jerk before the lift so he just didn't think about the clean enough.

14:41 zack telander coaches this i believe. Facing the feet inwards for a stable base

Sonny, love the videos. I have a question about my clean. I have long arms, and so in the pull position, i see a lot of people making contact at the hip, but my arms are too long for that, and instead it contacts at the mid thigh. Is there something i can do to tix that, or is that just how I'll have to do cleans?

    He's pretty decent
But if he would have listened to this here vid first
He would here had more of your opinion
And maybe had made all these subtle foot and hand adjustments
And had less foot and hand cross adjustments diagonally
    ... from the front on
With his shin and his foot inside the shin foot knee relieve position
Will Give Craig the best Foundation with
    MY ProFESSional opinion
    With all my expertise
And all my Own Gold Medal Wins!!!!😂❤❤❤
