Don't forget during that time people process their photo on their 2003 machine with 1024x768 crt screen resolution. So digital photo with beyond 3 megapixels are excellent back then.
Yes I agree! Obviously back then these images would have been top tier I just like to compare the images to other old digital cameras I am using in this time period with the modern day way of viewing them etc
Very interesting results for a 2002 camera. Consistent colors and a reasonable dynamic range. Good video and review! I think it would be interesting if you included the brand and model of the cameras you test in the video title or at least in the description. This helps A LOT when looking for information on old equipment.
@@JulioBomfim Hey I'm really happy you enjoyed the video! And yes I agree! If the camera name is not in the title it should be in the description at least, I will make sure to do this from now on. Thanks for stopping by! 📸✨🤝
Great video Max! The Konica Minolta Dimage series are some of the most unique and lets just say acquired design taste cameras. I have the KM Dimage Z20 is also a 5mp camera CCD sensor. It looks like a Star Wars fighter, takes some nice photos. Always fun to see what camera you find! Thanks for sharing and keep photography FUN!
@@thissidetowardscreen4553 Haha yes agree with the star wars fighter vibes it's probably the most unique camera I have ever used! I'm excited to try some more Konica models 📸✨
I love my Dimage 7i! I definitely have learned to just set my ISO and aperture and use the exposure compensation to adjust exposure. Also there's absolutely no way to use the screen for anything other than framing. Manual focus is impossible 😂
I've found with my DImage7i that it matters what batteries you use in it. Any AA batteries that are 1.2v always drain super quickly. I try to use higher voltage batteries for that reason.
I know it’s such a crazy camera 😂 I would have liked to spend some more time with it to be honest but I like to keep it fresh using different cameras in different videos for the channel 📸🤝✨

The fact that it is such a rugged and large camera for its use is something that I find super attractive about it.
Yeah agree it definitely has a very specific feeling when using it out and about shooting 📸✨

Thank you so much you're to kind! Hopefully the hard work pays off but either way I'm enjoying making the content 📸✨ thanks for stopping by 🤝
Got that Camera, Alas doesn't work anymore. Managed some amazing shots with in its day, last of the Minolta kit before Sony bought them.
@@wizzoneill Ahh shame it's not longer in use, what's the issue?
@@CameraNostalgiaClub just doesn't power up. Even with fresh batteries

Totally agree!
I like the A1
I’m yet to try the A1 it looks like a fun camera also 📸✨
@@CameraNostalgiaClub I mention it because it has similar form factor like this but black.
Not that old but i luv my nikon d60 (2008)!
Ooo can’t say I have tried the d60 I’ll keep an eye out for one 📸🤝

Looks cool (the year I was born)
