I've convinced my friend who is new to the setting that the custodes have secretly hidden the emperors true name. She plays drukhari so she will never research further.
Genuinely one of my favourite channels right now, the cast, the editing the gameplay, the misplays. Every upload is different yet always fun to watch. Ben is the best boy for bringing this back and it being the best reboot in a long while. Congrats!
@@skulltula101 That's bizzare. I thought they restructured units to match what comes in the boxes? Why would they make Custodes need an extra box to finish a squad?
@@colby1398They technically did as it’s a five model kit that can convert one into a character but if you used to run 9 as 3 squads of 3 you’d have to run a squad of 4 and a squad of 5 to use all those models in 10th.
6:00 GW spotted this tactic too, as they've changed the rules for deep strike in the new 10th boarding actions rules. Now you have to measure that distance ignoring any walls and closed hatchways.
I like picturing some genestealer nerd asleep in front of a computer monitor far from this whole encounter. There’s a ping followed by “You’ve got mail!” that wakes him up just as Conan kills the last of Lewis’ army. Great game you guys, thanks!
Not as many centaurs as the Very Accurate Lore implies, but otherwise, total perfection. I'm really loving these battle reports... I know they take a ton of time and effort for a relatively quick video so I really hope folks are kicking in with memberships. Something something Kremlo's coming from space ;)
About 25 years ago, while playing 40k with my homies at the Games Workshop, somebody brought in his Tyrranid Army, and being German we had sometimes problems understanding the correct names. So he brought his "Genestealers" and I understood "Jeans Dealers" and it has been an inside joke in our group ever since.
I haven't played or watched much Warhammer before. I like how easy this was to follow. And finally I get a feature of Tom and Lewis painting skills! Great video!
This was so fun to watch! I appreciated the text on screen explaining the rules so I could follow along with what was happening. Hope we see a part two!
I would absolutely love to see more Warhammer content being played, especially with Leviathan being released right around the corner, I of course understand that setting up all the different armies is quite costly, but it was amazing with the gameplay & Tom's storytelling
It's so interesting going from seeing Tom play creeper world two years ago to seeing this channel and him doing battle reports. I enjoy Tom's goofy energy that way more battle reports all over need.
These are great and the edits keep getting better and better! One suggestions could be when a new character is introduced could you separately film them on a rotating display table so we can see all the painting, close up and in detail. You could have that on the left and then some stats/info on the right. Just might be better than the shaky close-ups 😂😂 You could do just on a black/white background or use the green screen and edit in some epic images similar to the theme of the battle. Just a thought but keep these up! Have loved having them back and more regular.
Best editing for these videos on the site, simple as, so fun to watch, it's convinced me and my mates to get a few kill teams together (just to keep it affordable) cause it looks like a lot of fun, thanks again
These warhammer videos are seriously fantastic. And boarding action works perfectly for the format. Lots of appreciation for the editors-you all did a fantastic job.
really really appreciate the little bits of explanation! as someone who really wants to dabble with tabletop games it helped noobs like me to learn a thing or two
Perfect content. Love the cut down versions, never have time for full battle reports, but these a perefect and great mix of post battle analysis and commentary
I’ve loved all the uploads you’ve done recently, this was amazing and I will be signing up to the members section shortly Please keep them coming 🥰 Also, massive soft spot for Tom, Ben, Lewis and Pyrion The best lads
As someone who has done the hobby off and on for a fair while, painting is, to me, still one of the hardest parts. Let alone customization, greebles, repairs, etc.
I love Battle Systems terrain!!! I just got some for the first time a few weeks ago and It’s perfect. Definitely recommend. They have fantasy and sci-fi.
Always exciting to see a Games Night video in my subscription feed. Keep 'em coming, Yogs! Big thanks to all of y'all for reigniting this channel, it's my favorite.
Eager to support the games night crew and their monthly videos! I only play warhammer so I love to see it, but I also love anything you guys play so, glad it's mixed up anyway!
Yes, yes and yes. More of this please. It's so good, maybe because Ben's army of Genestealers steals my bias but the editing, the RP. Thank you very much, I'd love more!
For the (two armed) Emperor, Jimmy Space!
Yes, Interrogator Cleric, that man is saying heretical things. Do I get extra rations?
I've convinced my friend who is new to the setting that the custodes have secretly hidden the emperors true name. She plays drukhari so she will never research further.
Tom where is that terrain from, I can't face buying the official GW stuff as its so expensive.
Please keep doing these Tom, you, Ben and Lewis make a great group of people for this channel
Amazing! ❤❤❤
The wargaming content has reignited my love of the Yogscast. Your viewers can tell the effort you have been putting into these videos, Thankyou.
The Battle Report format but with actual energy and tension thanks to super clean editing and a great cast of friends. Blown it out the water again!
Genuinely one of my favourite channels right now, the cast, the editing the gameplay, the misplays. Every upload is different yet always fun to watch. Ben is the best boy for bringing this back and it being the best reboot in a long while. Congrats!
My favourite wargaming channel by far. Also,
"Knock, knock. It's Justice."
So for future generations: This is 9th edition game, because 10th edition and it's boarding action rules came one day before release of this vide.
Ty, great clarification as was thinking this was super fast to have been out for 10th
Also standard custard guard squads are 4 minimum in 10th (Cries in having to buy a new box to fill up squads)
Good old gw using rules to influence sales eh

Man makes me feel like we need a campaign of this having a part 2 of custodes finding the bitcoin mine
After a whole load of bolt action, it does feel good to be back playing Warhammer. Always amazed at how the editing job makes it feel like a movie!
I like picturing some genestealer nerd asleep in front of a computer monitor far from this whole encounter. There’s a ping followed by “You’ve got mail!” that wakes him up just as Conan kills the last of Lewis’ army.
Great game you guys, thanks!
I remember Tom talking about painting Conan on stream a while ago, and now here he is! Keep em coming boys!
the editing on these is such a treat! Boarding action is such a great medium for Games Night + the little rules explanations are a nice touch
Tom must have some Scandinavian DNA! Really got some perspective of how huge he is standing across from Lewis and Ben!
Hahaha! Lewis and Ben look like freaking hobbits next to him! 🤪
I know this must be loads of hard work to edit and set up but its always great fun to watch and some extra tom and ben is a extra treat
10:00
Custodes "Do you have time to talk about our lord and savior The Emperor!!!"

This was amazing. I want a follow up to this. A whole campaign of war battles where they track down the stolen data and get it back!
Have you enjoyed the Necromunda saga of the BabyOil Boys vs the Poo Lagooners also on this channel?

That is amazing! I'm never going to be able to call them anything but Jeans Dealers now haha!
Levi cultists
Aww yeah finally we get to see the (Four armed)Emperor's finest in action.
Finally got to witness a warhammer game and was so energised when Lewis rolled his perfect attack. Good game boys
I love Tom's *Cool Aid Man* tactique.
I love at 20:19 tom imagines it as him and lewis doing a battle to the death in a blazing inferno. Like the ultimate boss battle 😂
I haven't played or watched much Warhammer before. I like how easy this was to follow. And finally I get a feature of Tom and Lewis painting skills! Great video!
The fact that the background lighting color changes when it's a recap or the live game is just above-and-beyond production quality.
Warhammer on Games Night? LETS GOOOOOO
Lewis casually predicting the short story of a female custode with "rippling man and ladies" @ 0:48
This was so fun to watch! I appreciated the text on screen explaining the rules so I could follow along with what was happening. Hope we see a part two!

Amazing! Love the Conan model 😂
Reminds me of tts honestly 😂

Tom in a Games Night, truly a blessing from Kremlo.
Very cool to see these armies after hearing about them both for years on stream!
It's so interesting going from seeing Tom play creeper world two years ago to seeing this channel and him doing battle reports. I enjoy Tom's goofy energy that way more battle reports all over need.
Why can't the other battle reporters be this entertaining?
I mean the quick editing and geeky banter.
I don't need the special effects or music.
Bloody hell, that was such a back-and-forth, tooth-and-nail game! This was so much fun, thank you for all the work you guys do!
These are great and the edits keep getting better and better!

Tom really makes these episodes, he weaves little jokes and backstories into characters which adds to the scene
Fun to have a GM type person in the middle to drive the narrative and focus on presenting the game.
Best editing for these videos on the site, simple as, so fun to watch, it's convinced me and my mates to get a few kill teams together (just to keep it affordable) cause it looks like a lot of fun, thanks again
Now we just need actual 40k stuff with you guys.
Lead dem armies for or against mankind.
Yes!!!!! more of this!! AND ONE WITH TOM IN IT?
This is the DREAM!!
I watch the member's videos for the banter and lorehammer, I watch the cinematic cuts for the stellar editing.
Love these battle reports and great seeing Tom on the channel
Love the little information bits in the video, keeps people aware of mechanics while not requiring much reading!
This was great - as someone who has no idea how to play I loved the rule explanations, very useful edits. Overall excellent content as always!
These warhammer videos are seriously fantastic. And boarding action works perfectly for the format. Lots of appreciation for the editors-you all did a fantastic job.
I would love a behind the scenes of Ben (or whoever does it) designing the mission. They are always so well balanced, but so asymmetrical.
I like the format! The explosions and sound effects are pretty funny. Overlays on the map are really helpful and well done! +1 for the editors!
Thanks to members! These videos are so much fun! Love that they were able to come back.
really really appreciate the little bits of explanation! as someone who really wants to dabble with tabletop games it helped noobs like me to learn a thing or two
Perfect content. Love the cut down versions, never have time for full battle reports, but these a perefect and great mix of post battle analysis and commentary
It's good to see Tom's muscly bois in action after he showed them off so long ago
Tom not wanting to touch the filthy zenos dice is such a tom move.
Tom whipping out the extra sexy 3 buttons off for the Emperor!
The editing is incredibly on point
"He killed one of them twice."
We call that one Sven Ole Thorson.
May the great devouring gods smile upon mr.snips, hero of the revolution.
The weird "beep-beep" at 22:29 had me looking around my room for the source.
Jesus Christ - Lewis must be using weighted dice, the amount of 6s rolled is just uncanny! I love these shows
incredibly close game. The videos keep getting better and better. More power to you guys!!!!!!
I’ve loved all the uploads you’ve done recently, this was amazing and I will be signing up to the members section shortly
Please keep them coming 🥰
Also, massive soft spot for Tom, Ben, Lewis and Pyrion
The best lads
Such good editing, makes battle reports that never seem slow to watch, like most others sometimes get.
More of this please!
Especially with Tom and Lewis
"He likes swords, and long walks along the Justice" was the best bit to me
Another month already! And with Tom!
Tom really seemed like he wanted Mr Snips to win and fate worked out exactly according to plan there
This was super entertaining! I really enjoyed this format for a battle report, I’d really love to see more of this!
Really enjoyed this 40K battle report, would love to see more of these on this channel.
Just wanna say you guys do a fantastic job painting everything. It's intimidating for me as someone getting into the hobby for the first time!
As someone who has done the hobby off and on for a fair while, painting is, to me, still one of the hardest parts. Let alone customization, greebles, repairs, etc.
the fire and explosions and laser edits are so good
Loved this episode. Quality fun as always!
I love Battle Systems terrain!!! I just got some for the first time a few weeks ago and It’s perfect. Definitely recommend. They have fantasy and sci-fi.

Nice to see the point value in the unit introductions
Havnt ever really been into Warhammer but these videos are so much fun to watch
Best Battle Reps on RUclips by far! Keep up the good work guys, these are excellent!
got to say the production on these videos are amazing! so fun to watch!
"They are the battle bois, they play with little toys"
Love games night! Once my economy stabilizes I look forward to becoming a member!
These videos are just brilliant, the production is perfect
New division of the inquisitors: Ordo Taxus
Love these videos most of all. Fun to see how it improves with the high budget special effects.
That ending was certainly one of *the* Warhammers of all time. 👍
I love those edited battle reports. So well done
I loved seeing warhammer again on the channel. Great video, loves the fluff. You guys make the best videos. Keep up the great work!
As soon as I heard "The Emperor's tax returns" I knew this was gonna be a good time
Holy crap that triple 6 roll was amazing, what a showdown
Absolutely amazing, blew it out of the park gang, this is why I gave you my membership.
ngl will watch anything that has Tom in it.
Ah it's great to see a Lewis win with such an epic showdown between the Patriarch and CONAN!!!! That was honestly so fucking cool.
Eager to support the games night crew and their monthly videos! I only play warhammer so I love to see it, but I also love anything you guys play so, glad it's mixed up anyway!
I've never played Warhammer, or any other wargame, or even been remotely interested in them. This, however, tickles my jimmies. So odd
It's an honor to keep the Emperor's basement clean. More please!
Yes, yes and yes. More of this please. It's so good, maybe because Ben's army of Genestealers steals my bias but the editing, the RP. Thank you very much, I'd love more!
this is just as great as i thought it would be when hearing it on the, tom, and beeen show! xD
Mister Snips WILL be back. MIster Snips is a never-die in my heart. We ALL know how Scott and Ian love never-dies. Worship Frog who spawned in Data.
Haven't seen VFX like this since Die Hard! Amazing work xD
Love this video and channel. You guys make the most entertaining wargaming videos I've ever seen hands down.
Damn, the editing is so impressive!
these are fun to watch
The special effects are so god damn good
Im so happy you guys are doing these games again. Im really hoping for some more star wars armada
These videos are so great! And so high quality!
