The most common fan theory is that the knight as tall as Hodor is Duncan the Tall seducing Old Nan. The unfinished next Dunk & Egg story is called "The She-Wolves of Winterfell." So it's possible that Old Nan is always telling Bran stories about Duncan the Tall because she hit that.
that could be the reason the white walkers awaken. they know that realm of men was weak and no one know they were a threat and coming. both starks and targeyen are gone or don't know about them.

But did Bran see the same people twice in his visions as they moved back in time? Each vision seemed to jump back at least a generation or more.
The pregnant woman _could have been_ Sara Snow, not saying she wasn't, but there is a fair amount of support from the texts and very good theories that the woman kissing a knight as tall as Hodor was most likely Old Nan. She and Walder Frey are the only two characters from ASOIAF who were alive during the time of Dunk & Egg, and though we don't have the story yet, we know that Dunk and Egg will stop at Winterfell on their way to The Wall.
ETA: GRRM has already confirmed that Hodor and Brienne are descendants of Ser Duncan, and we know Old Nan is Hodor's great-grandmother.
Plus, we only have Mushroom's version that anything occurred between Sara and Jace, and in my opinion he is the least reliable of the three narrators whose accounts form the basis of Fire and Blood. He was not even at Winterfell when Jace was, so he would not have been in a first-hand position to know anything.
Lastly, why would Sara be praying for a son to avenge her? In what way did Jacaerys wrong her?

Idk about this one ☝️ but I love your deeps dives into the lore I do hope they do more like this because idk the show it’s going way to fast for my liking I thought the dance would start around season 3 but here we are in season one final episode everything starting I was so disappointed but only show I want it’s Aegons Conquest can’t wait to see those two bad ass Targeryans coming on the screen
