Lucky dude! I've noticed lately he spends a lot of time with Samart, Karuhat was there recently too I'm so gutted cos I wanna train with all 3 haha top idols and goats.
Man, I miss Bkk. Can't wait to go back and train end of this year - there is nothing like training at good thai gyms. Those boys are a different breed

The muay thai long guard and low guard systems are a thing of beauty . Somrak was able to aply those defensive guards in western boxing as well.

Somrak Khamsing is one of my favourites muay thay figthers of all time,side by side with Samart Payakaroon.This guys were awesome and they live in a permanent state of flow in the ring!Seeing them was just BEAUTIFUL,a lesson on basics,movement and perfect timing.

the two of them are fairly close as well which makes so much sense lol. They did a seminar event at my gym in canada and I believe somrak is a trainer at samart's gym? Not positive on that one however I have seen videos of him there

@@ARPat2000 yes,I seen both them giving semminars together in Thailand and all around the world.Don't quote me on that,but I believe Somrak was a discipule on Samart's gym or at least,was trained by Samart sometimes.Neverless,I am a big fan of their styles.And the boxing resume of both of them...Just Amazing.
