But still i'm confused about using toner, some people highly recommend it. And using eye cream for preventing mimic wrinkles. What do you think about it?
That's amazing, I'm so happy I could help you! Toners are good but they don't really make or break your skin, so I wouldn't say it's a "must-have" in your skincare routine. And yes, I'm a big fan of eye creams! Hey! Taking birth control while you’re young won’t delay aging. But when you’re older and stop making as much estrogen, especially around the perimenopausal time period, taking birth control or hormone replacement therapy can help with signs of aging. There are certainly risks with taking this when you are older, so this is definitely a conversation to have with your doctor. I’m so glad you loved the video! :)

I like prescription retinoids like tretinoin, but I’m a big fan of skinbetter Alpharet, avene retrinal, and medik8 retinal, amongst others.
