I most certainly wasn't this fast when I first started using PLR and templates. The more templates you customize, the easier it is for you to spot which elements can be more customised more easily. Thank you so much for watching and I'm really glad you found my Canva tutorials helpful! When you are downloading printable planners, save them as PDF standard for lower file size. I think for US letter size documents, the resolution will not actually be negatively impacted. When download DIGITAL planners, also choose PDF standard and make sure you DO NOT flatten PDF because it will get rid of all your hyperlinks. For printable planners, you CAN choose to flatten PDF if you want to make sure people don't actually extract the graphics that you have used in your product.

Thanks for watching! I’d say it’s really up to you. For example, I might create a three month winter planner that runs from November to January and offer it as a gift to my subscribers. Or I could apply the same techniques and create a full year’s planner with different designs according to the seasons. You are the designer so you have the full creative space and autonomy to bring your ideas to reality. That’s the fun part of creating! 😊

I’m afraid I won’t be creating a video based on your question because it’s not something I’m familiar with since I don’t offer any services on Fiverr nor create customized digital planners for clients. I’d say that some of the questions you can ask are - how many pages - objective of the planner - target user for the planner - design theme
Are you referring to templates you get from BittySpire? The templates come with commercial use rights which means you can modify the templates OR use the designs as is and sell your final product. But your customers can only use your final product for their personal use only.
You can download your planner as a PDF file and then import on note-taking apps like Goodnotes and any other app on your tablet that allows you to annotate on a PDF file. You can then use an Apple pencil for the iPad or a stylus to write on the digital planner or create textoxes on the spaces in the planner to type in. If you want to create a fillable PDF planner, then you'd need to use external platforms like PDFescape.com to add fillable fields in your PDF planner.
You can purchase Canva Templates with commercial use rights (like the one I used in the video) and then yes, you will be able to change it up and then resell it to your customers for their personal use. Faith, I got a subscription to Fabrica. I downloaded the files I wanted. However, when i tried to upload them to Canva, I got an error message saying that it wasn't the right file format. I was a .png. What am I doing wrong?
I'm so sorry it's difficult for me to troubleshoot. I would try to re-download from Creative Fabrica. Or refresh Canva. Try to drag and drop the specific PNG file onto your Canva dashboard.
You can go to file > Settings > Show margins -- and the margins will appear on the page. If you are worried about content of the pages getting blocked by the binder, then restrict the important content within the page margins. Hi Faith! I'm hoping you can help me answer a Canva question. Maybe you already have a video on it that I haven't seen yet! So I'm creating a digital planner on Canva that has elements linked to different pages on every single page. They are all connected. Unfortunately, you can only add hyperlinks to the tabs within the same project. If your planner is too large and need two Canva projects, then I would suggest exporting into PowerPoint and then combining them on PowerPoint instead BEFORE you add the hyperlinks to the tabs and you do that IN PowerPoint itself. I am afraid there's no other workaround. Unless you host the second planner on a cloud service, for example Google Drive, and then add the hyperlink in a tab of the first planner that links to the second planner so the user can open up the second planner by clicking on a tab in the first one. However, hyperlinks for the tabs will probably still only toggle within the same project/planner.

The hyperlinks are tied to the specific page within the project. So as long as you don't delete or rearrange the sequence of the pages and you are just changing the contents of the page itself, the hyperlinks will still work fine. Otherwise you would have to edit the hyperlinks to link to the correct page as desired.
