I was wondering if you could do a video to tell athletes (especially female athletes) how to take care of their bodies in practice and out of practice, and like what food to eat to recover best.
There are actually a lot of materials that only stretch in one direction. They are typically used in shirts as far as I know, but that's how you get shirts that will stretch side to side, but not lengthwise. I personally don't like those, but they exist.

Weird gum device: yOu ShOuLdVe BeEn FlOsSiNg
so people funded a bad rubber toothbrush, a literal fkn bag, leggins, bumpy bricks, a bad jumping rope, ear plugs, socks, and a bunch of metal bars, and all for thousands and thousands of dollars, wtf
As soon as he said what was in the tiny boxes (the "Kickstarter cigarettes" lol) I just knew Mike wasn't even going to try them lol.
Hi Dr. Mike! I'm a high school xc/track runner, and I just signed to run D1 this fall. I'm doing like 40-45 miles per week rn, but I know that once I start running in college, I'll be jumping up to 50-60 mpw. I was wondering if you could do a video to tell athletes (especially female athletes) how to take care of their bodies in practice and out of practice, and like what food to eat to recover best.
I would definitely speak to a registered dietitian

>Overpriced kickstarter junk
>"Earth 2.0"
Sounds about right
Mike: "high five"
Bear: *plays dead

“high five” *flop*
7:21 the foot people didn't get what they were looking for
8:45 that little set up is pretty neat
There are actually a lot of materials that only stretch in one direction. They are typically used in shirts as far as I know, but that's how you get shirts that will stretch side to side, but not lengthwise. I personally don't like those, but they exist.
Dude, me, a sewing hobbyist, watching you utterly destroy your scissors and dying inside
Exerbell is litterally just uaing a gallon water bottle. Guess what? The gallon bottles of water are only around 90 cents at walmart and probably carry the same amount of weight
True but that material looks more durable than the gallon bottles.
@@elizabethm7163 ehhh depends on how you handle them/which brand you buy. I used to use one bottle with just a basic plastic handle and it worked for me for until now. I bought it around 3 years ago too. I use a cloth to make the handles more comfortable though.
I guess it’s more portable so you can take it on trips with you if you’re a real workout junkie. And the handle is probably more comfortable to lift repetitively than a hard plastic container. But I bet it’s not cheap...
It's shaped like a regular stuff sack
yeah, it's literally just a drybag (like ones used for kayaking etc.) with a handle cover, which many of them have anyway. Probably not themost cost efficient way to get something like that lol
There's something weirdly satisfying about watching men gag over the tiniest things. Like oh now you know how it feels
Who else loves Mike's amazing content?
You have not even seen the video
I’ll just say that Mike would be a great dad.🙃

The Exerbell is just a waterproof diving bag with a cool design for twice the price, ridiculous.
That's what I was saying, exact same design as a dry bag that some bushcrafters use and probably 3 times the price of one
@@thepipejunkie8359 Yeah I thought that it looked familiar. Turns out I have almost the same exact bag, just got it for keeping stuff dry when in the backcountry. Got the bag for maybe $10-15, the exerbell is $60.
Seriously, I use to do this with canned foods we had laying around and a tote bag. Free work out.
Can we take a moment to admire how gorgeous his penthouse is. 🐐
7:05 the way he looked at the camera 👀
[Every one liked that]
Dr Mike’s Compartment/ condo Is beautiful
"give the foot people what they want" LMAOOOO
"Is this 5-minute crafts?" really got me😂 . But for real, 5-minute crafts do be like that though.
Looked more like something from IKEA.If not used for training, you can hang up your clothes.
Lol @ Dr Mike not read the instructions 😂 If exercise were a pill, it'd be the most prescribed and beneficial medicine ever! There's some really cool exercise products here... but I'd need to read the instructions to figure them out lmao
Hello Dr. Mike! I've been following your channelf for a few years now, and I LOVE your content. I'd love to see you maybe make a video about mental health, or anxiety specifically. You've spoken about it briefly, but I'd love to see a full-length video! Thanks!

Beautiful home and the video is fun. I feel like a happy child with the gifts he got. Only you can make me laugh at any time. You are funny and an informative person. I feel happy when I follow you. My handsome doctor. You have all my love ❤
Anytime Dr.Mike takes his shirt off you know it's a good video.
If only he took his pants off on camera too 😂
Dayummmmm u thirsty asf
Okay, but actually...not all fabric has stretch...like there's no stretch, two-way stretch, four-way stretch...if this fabric has some diagonal stretch, that's bangin 😍
he spent so much time on this that it's sunset at the end of the video. that's some dedication.
Man spend god know how many hours making this video. But props to him for doing it.
ok the brush thing didn't make me gag until I saw all the foam spew out when you were shaking it, thanks to Dr. Mike for making me spit my gum out on my carpet. 🤣
Dr. Mike: Okay I’m not gonna do that.
Also Dr. Mike: 👁👄👁 maybe I should watch the website.
doctor mike makes his videos entertaining while your learning new stuff
Dr. Mike, your videos are fun and entertaining to watch. And at the same time, we learn so many things and be aware. ❤🙂
bear is literally so patient and playful omgg!
"Pull up bars you can put in your doorway" - I've seen commercials for them in the past and my instinctive thought has always been "There's no way that that wouldn't just rip the trim off of most doorways. Maybe it could work in a house that's been built super recently I guess?"
Ya exactly, it gets even worse if you start doing weighted pull ups. It's better if you mount the pull ups bar on a wall
See tons of YT videos of people falling down using those. Seems like a terrible invention (unless those people installed them wrong, if that's possible).
Can confirm I have ripped the trim off using one of those gadgets. I upgraded to a dedicated collapsible pull up station.
7:10 there are socks for people that have flat feet it helps rebuild the arch I have flat feet so I can confirm that these work
*Sam hands a box*
Dr.Mike: oOOooO fEels lIkE a BOx 📦 😂
