With all due respect, I’m so tired of people saying get more sleep. Drink more water, etc… I could sleep 12 hours a night and drink a gallon of water a day…I’d still have dark circles. I’m not tired, I’m not a drinker, I take care of my skin, etc… also I’m blonde and blue eyed. I’ve had dark circles since I was a toddler. Ive tried everything. Nothing works. Nothing. 🤷🏼♀️ get a good concealer! 😂
I agree with you. I also have dark circles since e I was a kid. Its most likely genetics. And about the sleep, people always talking about 7,8,10 hours, but its not the duration but the quality; sometimes you sleep for 10 hours and you wake up tired but sometimes you sleep only for two but you feel like you rested so well. Quality over quantity its always the key.
The key is 7-8 hours of GOOD sleep if you wake up a lot at night or wake up and still feel exhausted you may not be getting into the sleep cycle where we really rest and heal. I have narcolepsy so I jump right into rem sleep, I wake up randomly, then even if I slept 8-12 hours I felt tired. After getting my sleep study and learning more about sleep health I noticed a big difference! If you do t notice a change with lots of sleep try things like no blue light 1 hour before bed (or the night screen setting on your phone or blue light glasses), no watching tv or hanging out in bed (so your mind associates bed with just sleep and not other activities)

I'm so sorry you suffer with this! Thank you for sharing your experience with us.
Thanks but what about dark on top of eye LEDs ? Lots of water hasn't been helping me with hydration. Any other tips ? & What about caster oil for try eyes etc heard some using it . Year round allergies I have had for years in America. I bought pat a day last week and misplaced it. I've been using always but it's not helping as much anymore with swelling feels like things are ein my eyes & their so dry
I was getting ready for bed, and thinking I need some one to tell me how to get rid of circles or bags in my eyes. I'm 68 and looking tried all the time, I exercise every morning and boil water because I broke my Pur water filter. but I think I don't get enough veggies like kale, spinach, I been seeing the veggie drink on tick toc the large container cost $99.00😮, I've tried Revitalif eye cream 2 tube from Amazon a while back, didn't do anything. when a person shows something about how to relax the eyes and I see it. and say I use to do that. taking a wash rag in get it wet and put it in the freezer til it gets a chill on it. Plus I'm going to start exercising my eyes again, I wear glasses . thanks again. 😊

Thank you so much for your info. concerning dark under eye circles. Dr. Rupa is there a natural way to get rid of little white spots on brown skin?
would coconut oil and is there other natural oils i could combine together to protect and increase my melon in my skin...Thank you...STAY BLESSED..
Hey, I saw writing that said you were an eye Surgeon I just wanted to ask if stinging watery eye is normal. It’s come to my attention that specifically in class my eyes would begin to water and it would look like I’m crying. Also my eyes feel sticky Evan if I rinse them it’s like I’m being judged and people are watching me I don’t know if it’s me but it’s like I’m insecure of being looked at and my eyes water and go all blurry and if I try blinking or lightly rubbing my eyes it wouldn’t really help.I’m aware that you may not see this comment but I would greatly appreciate it if you could share your opinion and recommendations.☺️

I have a dark circles since when I was a child....i tried everything on thi ...home remedies or skin dr but no improvement.....
This video is as useful as Microsoft forums when it comes to software problems.
I look good, my skin is clean, I am a healthy athlete, and I take a buttload of supplements. But I spend all my time in front of my computer and my giant black circles aren't going anywhere.
I don't have allergies, I drink coffee, I use cosmetics, I do skincare. And I also am running my room humidifier at all times.
You need to start talking about various eye massages because that seems like the only option somewhat close to being viable.
Dr Rupa is without a doubt my BEST of all time Doc. She's actually the only one who reads her comments and she replies. ❤❤
