Animal crossing is hardest multiplayer online game i ever tried. It takes ages to load, stops every time when someone joing or leaves to the island and impossible to communicate or send direct messages to your switch online friends. Funny that many reviews doesnt even bothering to reflect all the sides objectivly.
I totally agree with connecting issues - but once you get people on, it does work pretty well! Have had lots of fun nights - fashion shows, hide/seek, races etc - up to 8 people no problem!
You can communicate using the in-game keyboard, it's not ideal but it works! If you use the Nintendo app on your phone you can use that as a keyboard (much easier!)
@@TeeChu Yeah, i used a website to share my dodo code and become best friends with some. It was okey and people can also send items with mail in the game too. So it worked actually okey. Still it is not possible to play with too many players at the same time (because of traveling back and forth stops the game).
