GJ man I can see you pushing to failure with dropsets and all, inspirational. It's you vs you. I'm at a very similar height/weight slightly further on my journey and my push day programming looks almost exactly the same, I've been getting serious gains following this. One thing I noticed, you often do a set with a lighter weight before a heavier weight. I get that it has to do with warming up before the heavy weights, but something that helped me break through previous limits was doing an actual light warmup set first (very far from failure) and then directly go to my heavy working set, and after that maybe a slighly lighter one. Idk it's just my experience tho, might be fun to try.
