Morning Jessica, It is normal when using bamboo steamer for there to have a little steam water residual to remain on the top of the pan. Leave the cake to cool completely, it will dry off by itself and the cake surface will return to deep green colour from pale green. As you can see in the video, the moment when i lifted the bamboo lid the cake surface is in pale green colour if compare to the moment i unmoulded the cake which is in deep green colour. Thanks🙏

很有可能是你用的火候太猛了,记得當你把下面层用大火蒸上15分钟后,要把火候转去以中小火来蒸上面层。玉米粉和木薯粉同是增稠粉,只会稍微影响口感而已。谢谢

我是用盒装的椰奶(coconut milk)不是用高浓缩椰奶(coconut cream)所以无需加水,食谱的制作方法不会有臭椰油的问题。椰奶你也可以用新鲜的。制作简單,但味道非常好吃。谢谢🙏

很可能是太多水蒸气的水滴回蒸盘或是还没蒸熟的关系。如果是前者你可尝试用竹蒸笼, 或用块大布把蒸鍋盖裏上以防止水蒸气的水回流. 如是后者,可以用更长时间把它蒸到熟为止, 记得要放凉才切块哦. 谢谢🙏
