How is it Simon couldn't see anything in ETH? He brought utd from 7th or 8th to 3rd and in 2 cup finals winning one of them in his first season. This season just exposed utd in their transfer policy which the scouts and management had the main control just showed the team couldn't deal with an injury crisis. Many areas were lacking in debt which resulted in the team collapsing. The negotiation and bringing in players were so poor has nothing to do with ETH spending badly and selling players were so poor.
A 30 year-old Casemiro bought for £70million then Real Madrid bought a 20 year-old Bellingham for £89million says it all really. ETH had nothing to with the Casemiro transfer he wanted FDJ. A transfer which was turned into a farce by the incompetence of Murtough and Arnold who had no clue what they were doing, they are accountants.

injuries have nothing to do with keeping the same formation all year. until a month ago, he played rashford match after match. even though he ducks out of every tackle, wont defend or run back, your hero picked him to play again. why is he alowing a player to jump out of 50-50s in a game, once then you give him a warning. rashford does it every game, we had pellistri but no lets go with rashford. cant pass, no awareness. do you not think if a player ducks out of a 50-50 tackle it should be addressed so it dont happen next game? even with casemiro, mainoo, mctominay, eriksen, why does he allow them to do what they want and go too far forward.. How can Simon say he saw nothing worth sticking with when ETH ended a six year trophy drought in his first season and finished in the top 4? We also had good performances last season against teams like Spurs, Barcelona, Arsenal. I've been one advocating for Ten Haags dismissal since the Brentford game. But I have to say after seeing him before the game against Newcastle with the fans then watching him fighting giving the speech afterwards I think I may of been too hasty. It's clear he has made mistakes this season despite the injuries however the bloke is learning on the job. If he manages to get the team to pull out a performance against City, not neccessarily win it. I think giving him the start of next season with a new and fresh squad under the new ownership and club management is probably the right way to go.

In his first full season he finished 8th with more points than the previous season and that trend has continued with him now challenging for the league and each year they had more points and had progession in their style of play. With fans like this and those commenting below Manchester United is screwed, they won a game, but still were not the best team on the pitch, other teams have had loads of injuries and they can bring youth in who have been trained in a system of play, ETH has been there for two years and there is still no system of play, ETH is useless as a manager at United, a lot of things have gone wrong and the team needed a manager that would rise above it, not use it all as excuses for his lack of management and coaching, fans want to look like they support the club, by supporting a manager who if left in could, see the club relegated, certainly far more likely than winning the league and idiots like Rob, what if the injuries are partly down to ETH and he will never therefore have a season with a full squad and Ben says he wants to fight for his job, yeh no reason to keep him and you only have to give the right manager time, everyone wanted Ole to have 5 years and which team wanted to employ Ole after he left United? and Ben we did not finish 2nd in ETHs first season and after the carling cup final the form started to drop and up until this point has not gone back to where it was pre carling cup and in that time he has had his full squad or near to, at the start of the season we were awful and had a full squad of players, but I hope ETH does stay and your all be hear next season bitching about him and saying he should have been sacked a year earlier, as in now.
